Dopo una conversazione via mail con documentazione fotografica, causa un difetto sulla pelle di un paio di scarpe Alisè di 8 mesi di vita, mi hanno sostituito GRATUITAMENTE le stesse. Volevo sostenere le spese di spedizione e non hanno voluto nemmeno quelle! Non credo si possa chiedere di più da un marchio, da una ditta, e non credo siano in tanti a comportarsi così! GRAZIE, GRAZIE, GRAZIE e saprò senza dubbio quale marchio continuare ad acquistare. VIVA VITTORIA SHOES!!!!!
I write this review with happiness and satisfaction: as a cyclist and as an ITALIAN. GREAT BRAND, GREAT SERIOUSNESS TO PROOF ANY FOREIGNER !!! After an email conversation with photographic documentation, due to a defect on the leather of a pair of Alisè shoes 8 months old, they replaced the same ones for FREE. I wanted to pay the shipping costs and they didn't even want those! I don't think you can ask for more from a brand, from a company, and I don't think there are many who behave like this! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU and I will no doubt know which brand to keep buying. VIVA VITTORIA SHOES !!!!!
