★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trattamento apparentemente gentile ma nella sostanza poco attenti alle esigenze del cliente .Se possono incrementano i costi assicurativi senza dettagliare se non dopo aver consegnato l assicurazione. Cattiva esperienza .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi recai in sede per un preventivo riguardo il cambio di polizza assicurativa di ben tre veicoli (due di mia proprietà ed il terzo di proprietà della mia ragazza) non feci neanche a tempo ad accomodarmi e avanzare la mia richiesta (ripeto solo per un preventivo) che una collaboratrice mi rispose in malo modo dicendomi di ripassare perché la mia richesta non poteva essere esaudita in quel momento in quanto a suo avviso "era troppo presto per affrontare una domanda simile dato che le polizze non stavano per scadere". Ovviamente me ne sono andato e ho cercato un altre agenzia che senza tanti fronzoli mi hanno fatto accomodare e hanno chiarito ogni mio dubbio (tanto per chiarire una di queste è l'agenzia sempre Vittoria sita in via Paolo Veronese sempre a Treviso)
I went to the office for a quote regarding the change of insurance policy of three vehicles (two owned by me and the third owned by my girlfriend) I did not even have time to sit down and make my request (I repeat only for a quote) that an employee replied in a bad way telling me to come back because my request could not be answered at that moment as in her opinion "it was too early to face a similar question since the policies were not about to expire". Obviously I left and looked for another agency that without many frills made me sit down and clarified all my doubts (just to clarify one of these is the agency always Vittoria located in via Paolo Veronese always in Treviso)

Quando ho cancellato la mia iscrizione al Touring, ho cambiato assicurazione auto, per non essere più vantaggiosa per me, nonostante ora mantenga con loro una piccola assicurazione famiglia, ho trovato sempre gentilezza e professionalità nelle ragazze che mi seguono.
I had this car insurance for years using an agreement offered as a member of the Touring Club. When I canceled my Touring membership, I changed car insurance, to no longer be advantageous for me, although I now keep a small family insurance with them , I have always found kindness and professionalism in the girls who follow me.
