★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Veramente poco professionali a seguito di un sinistro richiedo informazioni e mi vengono date informazioni discordanti mi dite che vi informate e poi mi richiamate ma non richiamate mai. Se non sono io a richiamare non vi fate sentire. Sono ormai più di 5 mesi e non si arriva ad una conclusione. È evidente che per il cliente non c'è rispetto. Grazie comunque.
Really unprofessional following a claim, I request information and I am given conflicting information, you tell me that you are informed and then you call me back but never call back. If I'm not the one calling back, don't let me hear you. It is now more than 5 months and there is no conclusion. It is clear that there is no respect for the customer. Thanks anyway.
