★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cordialità e cortesia da sempre e da un’infinità di anni che sono assicurato da loro quando c’era ancora l’altro assicuratore e ho sempre avuto una risposta ai miei problemi.Anche quando l’ufficio è chiuso e ho avuto un sinistro il signor Malossini è sempre stato gentile e paziente.Inoltre hanno sempre cercato tutte le formule possibili per farmi risparmiare sulle polizze mie e di mio figlio.
Cordiality and courtesy always and from an infinity of years that I am assured by them when the other insurer was still there and I have always had an answer to my problems. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impiegata scortese, ha omesso dettagli sui costi della polizza giustificandosi dicendo che è tenuta a rispondere solo ai quesiti che le vengono proposti e nulla di più. Trovo questa pratica scorretta e poco professionale.
Rude employee, she omitted details about the costs of the policy, justifying herself saying that she is only required to answer the questions that are proposed to her and nothing more. I find this practice unfair and unprofessional.

Wonderful environment! Serious and helpful, the prices are definitely the best. Each time the two girls are super nice and willing to solve any problem! They always welcome me with a beautiful smile! Therefore returning is always a pleasure !! even though I live 40km from the office.
