★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo chiesto una POLIZZA AL TOP e mi è stato dato L’ESATTO contrario TRADOTTO: HANNO PROVATO a liquidarmi un sinistro con 4000 euro quando in realtà me ne dovevano OLTRE LE 4500, dopo aver fatto il calcolo hanno provato per la seconda volta a liquidarmi SEMPRE IN NEGATIVO con una cifra che non corrispondeva NUOVAMENTE al CALCOLO da LORO STESSI APPLICATO , DOPO OLTRE 40 giorni che gli avevo PRESENTATO LA FATTURA non sapevano ancora QUANDO , COME E CHE CIFRA liquidarmi , IN SOSTANZA HO DOVUTO SPENDERE IO OLTRE 6000€ DI TASCA MIA DAL MIO PORTAFOGLI PER POTER RIPRENDERE L’AUTO in officina. Preparatevi a questo in quest’agenzia , questo è il livello della loro professionalità , ancora oggi sono IMPIETRITO DA TANTA INCOMPETENZA/IGNORANZA, ancora oggi non sanno spiegarmi e non ho ricevuto la DOCUMENTAZIONE PRODOTTA IN MERITO dal LIQUIDATORE.
I had asked for a TOP POLICY and I was given THE EXACT opposite TRANSLATED: THEY TRIED to settle a claim with 4000 euros when in reality they owed me MORE THAN 4500, after having done the calculation they tried for the second time to ALWAYS pay me IN NEGATIVE with a figure that did not correspond AGAIN to the CALCULATION they HERSELF APPLIED, AFTER MORE THAN 40 days that I had SUBMITTED THE INVOICE they still did not know WHEN, HOW AND WHAT AMOUNT to pay me, IN SUBSTANCE I HAD TO SPEND MORE THAN € 6,000 OF MY POCKET SINCE MY WALLET TO TAKE BACK THE CAR in the workshop. Get ready for this in this agency, this is the level of their professionalism, even today I am IMPRESSED BY SO MUCH INCOMPETENCE / IGNORANCE, still today they cannot explain to me and I have not received the DOCUMENTATION PRODUCED ON THEIR by the LIQUIDATOR.
