★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scortesia al telefono, non rispondono alle mail perché "non interessati" in quanto ho "portato via la macchina" semplicemente perché ho avuto un offerta più vantaggiosa. Questa agenzia ignora l'obbligo che ha a contrattare, rifiutando di farmi il preventivo.
Unfriendly on the phone, they do not respond to emails because "not interested" as I "took away the car" simply because I had a better offer. This agency ignores the obligation it has to bargain, refusing to quote me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ assicurazione più economica rispetto a ql che trovi online! trovo che gestiscono le pratiche alla vecchia maniera, cioè obbligo presenza in ufficio per un preventivo se lo vuoi immediato ma ne vale la pena... le impiegate gentilissime.
cheaper insurance than what you find online! I find that they manage the paperwork in the old way, that is, they must be present at the office for a quote if you want it immediately but it's worth it ... the very kind employees.
