Stamattina mi sono recata in ambulatorio xké a mia figlia serviva un farmaco,che senza ricetta in farmacia non me lo davano. Una volta lì, vedo uscire il dott al quale mi rivolgo....un gran cafone. Devo rivolgermi alla segretaria la quale mi dice che deve venire l'interessata...al mio NO " un po' fumante " mi chiude la porta in faccia e sentendomi dire che avrei chiamato i carabinieri, chissà perché in un attimo avevo la richiesta in mano !!! E la segretaria non ha nemmeno inserito l'attesa perché nonostante continuassi a dire "pronto?", si sentivano carte che si muovevano, tastiera del pc e direi che non stava parlando con nessuno. Ho registrato tutto ovviamente. Questo non è assolutamente il modo di lavorare. Il medico è capace, ma la segretaria direi proprio di no. Ma la segretaria è una cafona con la sindrome della portinaia, sbaglia spesso, è maleducata, sparla dei clienti appena se ne vanno dopo aver fatto mille moine soprattutto se uomini e ci perde sempre tempo. Se la tira tantissimo (nessuno ha mai capito il perchè) il poco che fa lo fa male e sempre come se fosse un favore, non si rende proprio conto che non è aggiornata, non sa gestire il telefono, non ha whatsapp, non c'è nemmeno un indirizzo mail e stacca pure il telefono prima dell'orario! Non è brava e soprattutto sta antipatica a tutti, è pure impicciona e pretende di dirti le cose al posto del medico, non si rende proprio conto che nessuno chiama per avere il SUO di parere. Se proprio deve lavorare con la gente in una cosa delicata come l'ambito sanitario sarebbe anche ora che si desse una svegliata e imparasse a fare il suo mestiere con un briciolo di umiltà e gentilezza. Stamattina mi sono recato dal dottore per urgenza green pass e dopo due risposte buttate lì si è deliberatamente dedicato a rispondere al telefono, ignorandomi nonostante fossi lì di fronte a lui, che attendevo mi dedicasse almeno 5 minuti del suo tempo. Capisco la situazione di urgenza. Ma non mi ha saputo dirmi nulla di utile e tantomeno darmi un minimo di considerazione, visto che ero lì proprio per avere un consulto. VERGOGNOSO!
