ero a piedi con portatile i ragazzi hanno risolto tutto in poche mosse sono davvero competenti e molto gentili tornero' sicuramente visto che non si trovano piu' posti cosi' : dove si ha cura del cliente anche se sconosciuto ,come me ,e di fretta come stasera ...grazie a presto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi son trovata molto bene e lo stra consiglio perche' e' oramai cosi' difficile trovare certe competenze che bisogna proprio passare parola quando si trovano dei tecnici cosi' qualificati,pazienti,educati e pronti a perdere tempo per fare capire anche al cliente piu' estraneo alla parte tecnica,cio' che si sta facendo per risolvere il problema!!!
davo il mio pc per spacciato e invece l'hanno rianimato con mia immensa gioia:hanno risolto un guaio con il contratto del cell e per concludere ho deciso di fare un salto di qualita' grazie ai loro consigli e mi sono appoggiata a loro per acquisti hitech insomma e' diventato il mio punto di riferimento visto la serieta' che hanno nell'assistere il cliente anche nel post vendita!!!!adoro ...grazie.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non essendo molto tecnologica ho dovuto cercare qualcuno che lo fosse e da Vitaminabit ho trovato professionalità, disponibilità, gentilezza e persone molto preparate che ogni volta hanno saputo risolvere, sia in presenza che da remoto, i miei problemi. Molto buono il rapporto qualità/ prezzo. Entrare in contatto con loro è come andare da un amico. Sono molto molto soddisfatta ed e per questo che tornerò sempre e li consiglio. Sono diventati il mio punto di riferimento per qualsiasi problema tecnologico, anche se non sei preparato come loro o neanche minimanente ti spiegano passo passo e con molta gentilezza quello che devono fare o stanno facendo.
