Gommista e carro attrezzi, il tutto condito dalla disponibilità e cortesia al top verso il cliente. Consigliatissimo. Truly professional and very competent staff in their branch. C	Claudio Reitano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto un guasto alla vettura, tramite l'ACI sono giunto in questa officina, purtroppo ho dovuto noleggiare una vettura per rientrare a Roma, in quanto l'inconveniente di natura elettronica era da ricercare per diversi errori memorizzati in centralina. Alcuni giorni dopo venivo chiamato e informato sulla causa del improvviso fermo auto, valvola EGR, in corto. Autorizzavo la sostituzione, due giorni dopo ripartivo per riprendere la vettura, giunto in loco pagavo l'intervento ma al momento di riavviare l'auto ai me...stesso problema, la vettura non partiva. Dopo vari tentativi di prova e di verifica con la diagnosi, andati a vuoto, mi veniva consegnata un auto di cortesia con la quale rientravo a Roma. Trascorsi altri due giorni venivo chiamato dal titolare, sig. Enrico, lo stesso scusandosi mi rassicurava di avere trovato il problema (cablaggio tra centralina e iniettori in corto) e se avessi voluto mi avrebbe rimontato la valvola EGR e stornato l'intervento. Trovato l'accordo per il ritiro del mio veicolo lo ringraziavo. Ho trovato una persona onesta, preparata e sincera, difficile da trovare oggi, dico questo con certezza perché ho più di quarantacinque anni di esperienza con le auto sono stato un collaudatore della Polizia di Stato. Enrico, apologizing, reassured me that he had found the problem (wiring between the control unit and injectors in short) and if I had wanted to, he would have reassembled the EGR valve and canceled the intervention. Found the agreement for the withdrawal of my vehicle I thanked him. I found an honest person, prepared and sincere, difficult to find today, I say this with certainty because I have more than forty-five years of experience with cars I have been a test driver of the State Police.
