 Product arrived damaged and never refunded, I asked for a refund twice by email and telephone contact, they assured me to provide it as soon as possible, but still nothing after 3 months.

I ordered two large planters at an affordable price. Unfortunately one arrived slightly damaged due to transport. In a short time Vitalbrico sent me another one free of charge. Excellent service.
