G	Gianni Carfagno on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima palestra, nuova e pulita. L'area pesistica non è molto grande ma è perfettamente attrezzata. La caratteristica che più mi piace e che è una delle poche palestre che si trovano ad un piano alto, dal quale puoi guardare il buon panorama di Capena. L'ambiente sembra cordiale e ben gestito. Aggiornerò la recensione se dovessi accorgermi di essermi sbagliato. Excellent gym, new and clean. The weight area is not very large but it is perfectly equipped. The characteristic that I like most and that is one of the few gyms that are located on a high floor, from which you can watch the good view of Capena. The environment seems friendly and well managed. I will update the review if I find I was wrong.

Aggiorno la recensione per far presente che dal punto di vista della comunicazione non ci siamo, sono già due volte che le cose si scoprono una volta che uno arriva in palestra, oggi ho trovato chiuso e nessuno ha avvisato su facebook, via sms, via mail, zero, solo le mail con gli auguri di compleanno arrivano. Large and well-equipped gym, has several rooms for courses, quite clean. I update the review to point out that from the point of view of communication we are not there, it is already twice that things are discovered once one arrives at the gym, today I found it closed and no one has warned on facebook, via sms, via email , zero, only the emails with birthday wishes arrive.
S	Silvia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo intenzione di iscrivermi ma cambierò palestra, io come i miei figli e tanti altri... con la riapertura i prezzi si sono veramente troppo alzati, sopratutto per una come me che vuole usufruire solo della sala pesi, per carità, bella struttura ma, con tutto rispetto....manco fossimo a Villa Borghese, e poi non c'è comunicazione, per avere una semplice informazione devi fare una domanda in carta bollata, il papa mi avrebbe risposto prima ? un po più di umiltà e disponibilità verso i clienti che comunque vi fanno campare non guasterebbe I was going to sign up but I will change the gym, I like my children and many others ... with the reopening the prices have really risen, especially for someone like me who only wants to use the weight room, for heaven's sake, beautiful structure but, with all respect .... we were not even in Villa Borghese, and then there is no communication, to get a simple information you have to ask a question on stamped paper, the pope would have answered me first ? a little more humility and availability towards the customers who still make you live would not hurt

Spacious, clean gym and qualified staff. There are many possibilities to find alternatives to "weights", with functional activities for every type of need.

Spazi ampi, pulizia, tante attività, gestione molto attenta al cliente e un super staff di preparatissimo istruttori. Probably the best gym north of Rome. Gli istruttori sono qualificati ed attenti alle varie problematiche di ognuno. La consiglio. Clean, spacious gym with large weight room and numerous rooms for various courses. Very kind and polite staff. The instructors are qualified and attentive to the various problems of each. I recommend it.
