L	Luca Smigliani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo stati domenica a pranzo, da un ottimo menù alla carta scegliemmo degli antipasti freddi e caldi (superlativi), le portate sono state numerose e soprattutto diverse da quello che si può trovare nel territorio. Come secondi abbiamo preso una frittura di paranza (la più buona) che ho assaggiato nel pescarese sia per quantità che per qualità. Per finire due righe sulla location, quando entri ha molto nello stile marittimo dal tovagliato all’arredamento con sedie retrò che hanno un effetto fusion con uno stile urban contemporaneo, tutto avvolto da un clima disteso e piacevole reso grazie anche a della buona musica italiana 70/80. Al conto nulla da dire qualità/prezzo promosso a pieni voti, ci rivedremo presto! We were Sunday for lunch, from an excellent à la carte menu we chose cold and hot appetizers (superlatives), the courses were numerous and especially different from what you can find in the territory. As a second course we have taken a frying paranza (the best) that I tasted in Pescara for both quantity and quality. To finish two lines on the location, when you enter it has a lot in maritime style from the tablecloth to the furniture with retro chairs that have a fusion effect with a contemporary urban style, all wrapped in a relaxed and pleasant climate thanks to good Italian music 70 / 80. We will see each other soon!

Nessun condimento artificioso capace di coprire ogni gusto e sapore, ...la semplicità prima di tutto! When the fish is REALLY fresh there is no need for anything else, the raw material is the most important thing! No artificial seasoning capable of covering every taste and flavor, ... simplicity above all!

We had the complete antipasti + crudo and it was several very different dishes (different fish, mussles & frutti di mare, prepared in different styles). I especially liked the "crudo" (raw) variations - tuna, scampi and octopus in high quality. We also had typical pasta from Abruzzo, prepared in the most delicious way. Definitely the best meal of this holiday and maybe the best seafood dinner we had in Italy so far. This is place is a must when you are in Pescara and want to have seafood!
