★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cena in 8 in vacanza in Sicilia, cercando cucina tipica. Veniamo subito accolti da Salvatore, molto simpatico e disponibile.
Partiamo con 2 piatti di antipasti misti con formaggi, salame, frittata, zucchine e melanzane e poi caponata, ricotta e caprese.
Poi poker di primi: gnocchi con gorgonzola, carote e arancia; orecchiette al pesto trapanese; ravioli con porcini e tartufo (gli abbiamo visti e non ho fatto in tempo a fare la foto); fusilli di pasta fresca con pistacchio pancetta e prosecco.
Infine i dolci, avevamo voglia di cannoli, ma purtroppo non ce n'erano per tutti, quindi siamo andati sulle panne cotte e sui tiramisù (tutti rigorosamente fatti a mano da Salvatore). Buonissimi tutti i dolci.
Poi la sorpresa, Salvatore esce con una ciotolina di ricotta e un cannolo e inizia a riempirlo a coltello, uno spettacolo.
Ristorante dove si mangia bene e dove si sta bene grazie al proprietario che è un bellissimo personaggio e cucina veramente bene! Consigliatissimo.
 Dinner for 8 on holiday in Sicily, looking for typical cuisine. We are immediately greeted by Salvatore, very nice and helpful.
We start with 2 mixed appetizer dishes with cheeses, salami, omelette, zucchini and aubergines and then caponata, ricotta and caprese.
Then poker of first courses: gnocchi with gorgonzola, carrots and orange; orecchiette with Trapani pesto; ravioli with porcini mushrooms and truffles (we saw them and I didn't have time to take the photo); fresh pasta fusilli with pistachio, pancetta and prosecco.
Finally the desserts, we were craving cannoli, but unfortunately there were none for everyone, so we went to the panne cotte and tiramisu (all strictly handmade by Salvatore). All the desserts are delicious.
Then the surprise, Salvatore comes out with a bowl of ricotta and a cannoli and begins to fill it with a knife, a show.
Restaurant where you eat well and where you feel good thanks to the owner who is a beautiful character and cooks really well! Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bravissimo allo chef Salvo se nonché Proprietario, la tua cucina è passione. Per solo due giorni abbiamo mangiato benissimo, domani ripartiamo e di questa vacanza ti ricorderemo con la stessa simpatia per come ci hai ospitato, consiglio a tanti di provare i tuoi piatti, Grazie e a presto.
Very good chef Unless and Owner, your cooking is passion. For only two days we ate very well, tomorrow we leave and we will remember you of this holiday with the same sympathy for how you hosted us, I recommend to many to try your dishes, Thanks and see you soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely. We wanted some meat after many days fish and it was very nice. I had the Tagliata (slices of meat) and it was very nice. Together with the steamed vegetables and potato’s and for desert a lovely Tiramisu. Very nice! Also a very friendly waitress and owner. Recommended!
