★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 stella perché non ne posso dare 0. Sconsiglio vivamente a distanza di qualche tempo e dopo aver scoperto che le lenti degli occhiali sono stati fatti in maniera errata.
 1 star because I can't give it 0. I strongly advise against it after some time and after discovering that the lenses of the glasses have been made incorrectly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chissà se riusciranno a soddisfare un cliente riuscendo ad ottenere almeno due stelle. Esperienza negativa come nella gran parte degli ottici dei centri commerciali. EVITATELI!!!
I wonder if they will be able to satisfy a customer by managing to get at least two stars. Negative experience as in most opticians of shopping centers. Avoid them !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deludenti, ho chiesto degli occhiali da lettura con lenti Hoya ma in realtà dopo averli fatti controllare, un altro ottico mi ha assicurato che non erano affatto della marca richiesta, lenti scadenti.
Disappointing, I asked for reading glasses with Hoya lenses but actually after checking them out, another optician assured me that they were not at all the required brand, poor lenses.

I have always felt good, I have been buying contact lenses in this shop for years with good promotions and once I also made the free visit.

You must pray that you have no problems with your glasses because otherwise not only will they not pass them on as guarantee but they will not even deign to let you speak to the shop manager. GOODBYE !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi mandano messaggi pubblicitari senza il mio consenso sul mio numero personale che avevo loro lasciato per poter essere avvisato quando i miei occhiali e le mie lenti (che non prenderò mai più da loro) erano disponibili per la acquisto. Vergognatevi.
They send me advertisements without my consent on my personal number that I had left them to be notified when my glasses and lenses (which I will never take from them again) were available for purchase. Shame on you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nn mi sono trovata bene, mal servita, poco consigliata e anche tampinata per comunque acquistare, assolutamente no, per altre cose minime come lenti e liquidi va pure bene, ma per gli occhiali...per carità da evitare davvero!
Nn I found myself well, poorly served, not very recommended and even buffered to buy anyway, absolutely not, for other minimal things like lenses and liquids it's okay, but for glasses ... for charity to really avoid!
