★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho appena dovuto disdire un ordinativo per un occhiale completo da vista. La cosa mi ha molto infastidito poiché, già cliente, mi sono affidato ancora una volta con fiducia alla vostra struttura. Oltre al primo contatto, col punto vendita all’interno dell’Auchan di Giugliano, sono stato invitato altre due volte. La prima per completare la pratica e, la seconda per sentirmi ritrattare quanto prima convenuto, sembrerebbe dovuto a un errore nel rilevare il tipo di lente. In pratica un preventivo di € 225, ordine del 2 agosto, passa a oltre € 400 dopo due giorni. A parte il fatto che abito a 15 km dal punto vendita Vistasi e il tempo dedicato alla questione, mi ritrovo nel pieno di agosto e difficilmente riuscirò ad avere gli occhiali che mi occorrono. Purtroppo sono costretto a ricredermi sulla vostra serietà commerciale e per non essere stati in grado di risolvere un problema non certo creato dal sottoscritto.

In practice, a quote of € 225, order of August 2, goes over € 400 after two days. Apart from the fact that I live 15 km from the Vistasi store and the time spent on the issue, I find myself in the middle of August and will hardly be able to get the glasses I need. Unfortunately I am forced to change my mind about your commercial seriousness and for not having been able to solve a problem certainly not created by the undersigned.
