★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un'esperienza davvero negativa, punto vendita da non consigliare: a luglio ho ordinato un paio di lenti graduate da sole da mettere sulla montatura da me fornita, mi avevano detto che la consegna sarebbe avvenuta in una settimana e fin qui nessun problema se non che le lenti arrivano certo e loro le montano e mi chiamano dicendomi che una lente nel montarla si è scheggiata (incapacità loro o imprevisto va bene lo stesso!!!) e che manderanno la montatura in sede a Milano a montare le lenti garantendomi questa volta che in un'altra settimana avrei avuto i miei occhiali, sotto mia insistenza visto che da li a pochi giorni sarei partita per le vacanze e gli occhiali da sole mi erano indispensabili; ma ovviamente il giorno prima di partire gli occhiali non sono arrivati e nonostante tutto nemmeno la restituzione della mia montatura. Disagio incredibile per me e semplicemente un ci dispiace da parte loro..... bel trattamento per un cliente evidentemente nulla vi importa di prenderne o perderne ma a me invece è importato che sono dovuta rimanere senza lenti graduate da sole. Al mio ritorno come se non bastasse sono andata a parlare a voce ottenendo solo la risposta "non possiamo farci nulla e difficilmente si potrà ottenere indennizzo per il disguido"
Davvero i miei complimenti il vostro servizio si lascia desiderare e i clienti se ne accorgeranno come me ne sono accorta io!!!!!
A really bad experience, a point of sale not to be recommended: in July I ordered a pair of prescription sun lenses to put on the frame I supplied, they told me that the delivery would take place in a week and so far no problem except that the lenses arrive of course and they mount them and call me telling me that a lens in mounting it is chipped (their inability or unexpected is okay !!!) and that they will send the frame to Milan to mount the lenses, guaranteeing me this time that in another week I would have my glasses, under my insistence since a few days later I would be leaving for the holidays and sunglasses were indispensable to me; but obviously the day before leaving the glasses did not arrive and despite everything not even the return of my frame. Incredible discomfort for me and simply a sorry on their part ..... nice treatment for a customer obviously nothing matters to you about taking or losing them but instead it mattered to me that I had to be without prescription sun lenses. On my return, as if that were not enough, I went to speak verbally, getting only the answer "we can't do anything about it and it will be difficult to get compensation for the mistake"
Really my compliments your service is desired and customers will notice it as I did !!!!!

I found myself nothing short of good. The staff are excellent I have been recommended well by
Angela (optician who assisted me). Vision control is really very accurate. I recommend it. I have toured at least thirty shops in Turin and this is the best one hands down. If you have to go get some glasses go here
