F	Fabiana Triggiani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Metto due stelle solo per i moderni servizi e la cordialità della struttura ma non consiglio l operazione lasik svolta dal dottor Ciccolella in quanto a distanza di mesi il difetto visivo non è stato corretto completamente, e solo confrontandomi con altri specialisti mi sono stati riscontrati altri problemi che lui non mi aveva mai detto di avere... Sono rimasta delusa di aver perso tempo salute e denaro. I give two stars only for the modern services and the friendliness of the structure but I do not recommend the lasik operation carried out by Dr. Ciccolella as after months the visual defect was not completely corrected, and only by comparing myself with other specialists I have been found other problems that he never told me he had ... I was disappointed that I lost time, health and money.

High level eye center. Friendly and competent staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Easily accessible by S.S.16 with parking.

Ho pagato la visita oculistica pre-intervento 130€, e solo dopo aver avuto il referto (dopo 3 sollecitazioni ) ho scoperto che l'intervento consigliato era un'altro. Pessimi. I went for a Femtolasik surgery, they offered me another surgery at the same cost and told me I was eligible! I paid for the pre-surgery eye examination € 130, and only after having had the report (after 3 solicitations) did I discover that the recommended surgery was another. Bad.

Sono stato subito colpito dalle misure di sicurezza adottate per far fronte all'emergenza Covid. Sia il personale che i pazienti hanno assunto comportamenti responsabili e ordinati. Un complimento al servizio accettazione per la disponibilità e cortesia. Mentre un ringraziamento speciale va al Dott. Gigante che ha messo i miei figli a proprio agio espletando con estrema professionalità una visita a dir poco eccellente dando loro anche preziosi consigli. Grazie. For the eye examination of my two children, I went to the Bari office of Vista Vision. I was immediately struck by the security measures adopted to deal with the Covid emergency. Both staff and patients have assumed responsible and orderly behavior. A compliment to the acceptance service for their availability and courtesy. Okey siete impegnati con molte chiamate, ma non é professionale chiudere la comunicazione. DELUSO. Ho effettuato un intervento laser per correzione miopia, ed a distanza di un anno sono soddisfattissimo. Decorso post operatorio senza nessun problema e controllato. Professionali, preparati e gentili. Un ottimo staff medico e di assistenti. Ringrazio Vista Vision e tutto lo staff. Lo consiglio vivamente. I met this clinic by chance, and I must say I was really satisfied. I underwent a laser surgery for myopia correction, and after a year I am very satisfied. Post-operative course without any problems and controlled. Professional, prepared and kind. An excellent medical and assistant staff. Thanks to Vista Vision and all the staff. I highly recommend it.
C	Concetta Rizzato on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho scelto questa struttura per l'intervento di cataratta alla mia nonnina di 94 anni e volevo cogliere l'occasione per esprimere una valutazione positiva: ottima accoglienza da parte delle ragazze alla reception che accolgono con il sorriso e con grande organizzazione si occupano dei pazienti...infermieri appassionati al proprio lavoro assistono con cura fino al momento delle dimissioni non ci sono stelle sufficienti a valutare la Grande professionalità del Dott. Emanuele Valenzano che si contraddistingue per la sua gentilezza scrupolosità. Vi consiglio questa Clinica anche per problematiche più importanti perché credo sia l' unica in zona che utilizzi delle strumentazioni innovative. I chose this facility for my 94-year-old grandmother's cataract surgery and I wanted to take the opportunity to express a positive evaluation: excellent welcome from the girls at the reception who welcome patients with a smile and great organization. .. nurses passionate about their work assist with care until the moment of discharge there are not enough stars to evaluate the great professionalism of Dr. Emanuele Valenzano who stands out for his kindness and scrupulousness. I also recommend this Clinic for more important problems because I believe it is the only one in the area that uses innovative instruments.
v	vincenzo lorusso on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempi di attesa infiniti ,rapporto costi-benefici inadeguati,senza contare che durante una pre -visita per un intervento di correzione di astigmatismo mi hanno controllato la mia attuale montatura segnandomi le lenti.Fortuna loro che me ne sia accorto parecchi giorni dopo altrimenti avrei richiesto loro il rimborso.......E non voglio dilungarmi troppo col giustificare il nome " Vista Vision " con la totale inesperienza del personale medico che si affida evidentemente a giovani neo assunti dalle cattedre universitarie oculistiche per fare esperienza sul campo alle spalle di chi si rivolge in questi "centri".Con la sola differenza che avevo chiesto di essere visitato dal dottor Gigante( e non da altri) il quale piuttosto irretito ed infastidito dalla mia presenza evidentemente ,si e' limitato ad un fugace sguardo aleatorio verso la fine della visita dopo ben 3 ore di preamboli, attese varie e gocce da un occhio all' altro non interessandosi approfonditamente e minimamente alla mia situazione. Quando in fretta e furia mi viene detto che il centro deve chiudere e il dottore non puo' aspettare.Ecco perche' in questi centri fuori ci sono i suv bmw da 90000 euri e la gente esce vedendo peggio di quando e' entrata...... Infinite waiting times, inadequate cost-benefit ratio, not to mention that during a pre-visit for an astigmatism correction surgery they checked my current frame and marked my lenses. their reimbursement ....... And I don't want to go too far in justifying the name "Vista Vision" with the total inexperience of the medical staff who evidently relies on young newly hired university ophthalmologists to gain experience in the field behind who turns to these "centers". With the only difference that I had asked to be visited by Doctor Gigante (and not by others) who, quite entangled and annoyed by my presence, evidently limited himself to a fleeting aleatory glance towards the end of the visit after 3 hours of preamble, various waits and drops from one eye to the other not interested in depth and minimally to my sit action. When in a hurry I am told that the center must close and the doctor cannot wait, that's why in these centers outside there are bmw suvs worth 90,000 euros and people go out seeing worse than when they entered ... ...
