Come punto Fermopoint un mezzo incubo: sono convinti che il servizio sia una sorta di extra che gli offre Bartolini che, fantomaticamente, gli inserisce i codici nei pacchi. A nulla vale fargli leggere il sito e cercare di farli ragionare spiegandogli che in realtà è un accordo che hanno sottoscritto con quell'azienda, che prevede che l'utente compri i ticket e che poi li possa "spendere" (sotto forma di ritiro) in un affiliato al servizio. Che quindi ci si prenota indicando il loro negozio (e loro possono vedere la prenotazione dal loro pannello di controllo) e che si può utilizzare qualsiasi corriere che si voglia (basta aggingere la sigla F.P. dopo il nome del destinatario). Niente, confusione mentale al massimo, voglia di documentarsi scarsa e presunzione d'essere nel giusto acritica e basata sull'orgoglio... e purtroppo, come loro, nel territorio lo stesso atteggiamento culturale l'hanno tanti altri. Per questo la nostra Sicilia ha un PIL sotto la Grecia, la maggior parte dei laboriosi tende a scappare e l'indice di produttività/efficienza è sotto la media di un qualsiasi paese dell'OCSE...io stesso ho smesso di farmi arrivare i pacchi con quell'hub e sono disincentivato ad utilizzare tutti questi servizi smart, per non dovere contrastare ogniqualvolta l'insipiente di turno e perderci i pomeriggi...servizi che poi (teoricamente) sarebbero nati per risparmiare tempo (ma non a Palermo, dove la popolazione in genere non collabora) As an optic, nothing to complain. As a point Fermopoint a half nightmare: they are convinced that the service is a sort of extra offered by Bartolini who, imaginatively, inserts the codes in the packages. This is why our Sicily has a GDP below Greece, most of the hardworking people tend to run away and the productivity / efficiency index is below the average of any OECD country ... I myself have stopped getting packages with that hub and I am discouraged to use all these smart services, so as not to have to fight every time the ignorant on duty and lose the afternoons ... services that then (theoretically) would have been born to save time (but not in Palermo, where the population in general does not cooperate)
