Dopo averci pensato qualche giorno mi decido e vado per comprarla. Faccio la visita(con un signore svogliatissimo e scostante) dopodiché mi dicono che non è possibile farla perché la montatura è incompatibile con la mia gradazione(che comunque era identica a quella usata per il preventivo). Ovviamente mi han fatto però pagare la visita ben 30€. Not recommended, given the incompetence of the staff. Requested quote on a frame based on my gradation. After thinking about it for a few days I decide to go and buy it. I make the visit (with a very reluctant and unfriendly gentleman) after which they tell me that it is not possible to do it because the frame is incompatible with my gradation (which however was identical to that used for the estimate). Obviously, however, they paid 30 € for the visit.

Peccato perché avevano una vasta gamma di occhiali e delle promozioni ma, alle nostre domande, rispondeva come scocciato...alla fine abbiamo optato per l'altro ottico del centro che ci ha saputo vendere gli occhiali ed è stato molto gentile e competente. A volte basta veramente poco...
