★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale Ineccepibile, sono un fedelissimo di Astarita per quanto riguarda occhiali e lenti, di solito andavo al negozio in piazza Pompeo Castelli, mi sono imbattuto qui per caso ma a dire la verità non mi sono affatto stupito che avessero aperto un altro punto vendita, i migliori nel settore per distacco.
 Personal Impeccabile, I am a loyalist of Astarita as regards glasses and lenses, usually I went to the shop in Piazza Pompeo Castelli, I came across by chance but to tell the truth I was not at all surprised that they had opened another store, the best in the sector for posting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato cliente di Vision Ottica da 15 anni in Via Farini, quando hanno chiuso mi hanno suggerito di trasferirmi da voi in Via della Pergola. Da quando sono stato trasferito devo dire che sono veramente deluso, ho portato a far stringere gli occhiali di mio padre e mi hanno risposto di cambiarli oltre a questo ritardi frequenti nell'arrivo delle lenti e il pagamento in anticipo cosa mai richiesta in passato.
Veramente deluso, sono passato da un servizio impeccabile in Farini ad uno a dir poco scadente da voi
I have been a client of Vision Ottica for 15 years in Via Farini, when they closed they suggested that I move to you in Via della Pergola. Since I was transferred I have to say that I am really disappointed, I have brought to tighten my father's glasses and they have told me to change them besides this frequent delays in the arrival of the lenses and the payment in advance what never requested in the past.
Really disappointed, I went from impeccable service in Farini to one to say the least poor from you

Nonostante sia stato molto pignolo durante la visita e ci abbia messo più di 40 minuti a scegliere il modello sono sempre stati gentili, di aiuto ed estremamente professionali. Davvero consigliatissimo.
Ps da non sottovalutare anche la quantità di bei modelli che hanno.

Hello, I have been a customer of this shop for years and I would like to report it because it is a very pleasant place. Why? For the staff who run it. Andrea and Elisa are two extremely kind, human and professionally competent people.
There is a wide choice of frames and all kinds of desirable lenses. Andrea does eye exams competently and advises for the best. Prices are more than fair. A shop absolutely to be recommended.
