Ho preso due appuntamenti uno per le 18,00 e un per le 19,00 e mi hanno dato conferma via mail.
Poi in modo poco professionale e per niente serio, pochi minuti prima di arrivare nel salone mi hanno chiamato dicendomi che la prenotazione di mio figlio di 8 anni doveva essere fatta per un adulto e non per un bambino. Quando ho chiesto che differenza c'è tra la testa di un bambino di 6 anni e uno di 8 mi hanno detto che i tempi sono diversi, e per questo dovevo prendere appuntamento per un altro giorno.

Due settimane dopo ho ripreso un appuntamento presso Visionhair, e devo ammettere di essermi sbagliato.
Mi hanno spiegato il loro modo di gestire le prenotazioni.
Mi ha colpito la pulizia e l'ordine del salone, e soprattutto il taglio, nella maggior parte dei saloni si usa prevalentemente la macchinetta, loro hanno fatto tutto con le forbici, ottimo, ci ritorneremo.

I made two appointments one for 18.00 and one for 19.00 and they gave me confirmation via email.
Then in an unprofessional and not at all serious way, a few minutes before arriving in the salon they called me and told me that my 8 year old son's booking had to be made for an adult and not for a child. Two weeks later I resumed an appointment at Visionhair, and I have to admit I was wrong.
They explained their way of handling bookings to me.
I was struck by the cleanliness and order of the salon, and above all the cut, in most salons the machine is mainly used, they did everything with scissors, great, we'll be back.
