★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed at Aci Trezza for several days, staff was incredibly nice and pointed us in the right direction whenever we needed anything. Food and coffee was good, good prices, and we enjoyed this place very much.

Slow service, staff does not understand English except barman inside and were told we have to order with the waitress who gets orders wrong or we asked for granita flavours and did not get an answer at all, arancini were good but not exceptional. Service could definitely improve.
