Quando ho telefonato per prenotare il primo massaggio la persona che ha risposto mi ha detto che se chiamavo per un Groupon dovevo farmi ridare i soldi perché la prima data disponibile per i massaggi sarebbe stata a febbraio, in quanto le due persone incaricate "solo " dei Groupon non avevano disponibilità e lei invece era occupata con le sue clienti,come se invece le nuove clienti fossero di serie B. Chiaramente l'ho segnalato a Groupon,anche se non so quanto possa servire e non ci metterò mai piede. Se ho ricevuto questo trattamento al telefono non voglio immaginare di persona. Avevano la possibilità di fidelizzare una cliente ma l'hanno persa così. Hello everyone. I met this center through Groupon, I bought a massage package. When I phoned to book the first massage, the person who answered told me that if I called for a Groupon I had to get my money back because the first available date for massages would be in February, as the two people "only" in charge of Groupon had no availability and she was instead busy with her customers, as if instead the new customers were of series B. I clearly reported it to Groupon, even if I don't know how much it can serve and I will never set foot there. If I received this treatment on the phone I don't want to imagine in person. They had the opportunity to retain a customer but they lost it that way.

Prezzo onestissimo, ci tornerò di sicuro.
