★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buonasera, ho pensato tanto se scrivere questa recensione, non voglio infangare nessuno, ma raccontare la mia esperienza. Mio figlio, ha 9 anni, ha fatto basket da quando ne aveva 5, sempre con Virtus. Il lockdown ci ha messo in difficoltà, avevo pagato l'annualità e siamo stati bloccati, come tutti. Mio figlio faceva anche un altro sport e, in 2 mesi, restituiti i soldi, pagati in più. . Con Virtus, un travaglio, mail su mail, senza risposta ( ovviamente, tutto salvato, e dimostrabile). Alla fine la Virtus è ripartita qui in paese, fanno uno sconto di 100 euro a chi si iscrive subito. Ho scritto, che magari, mio figlio, visto che ha 9 anni, vorrebbe cambiare sport, se è previsto un rimborso. Al solito, nessuna risposta. Ok, perdiamo i soldi, ma non posso tessere le lodi.
P.S. Niente da dire sugli insegnanti, davvero bravi!
Good evening, I thought a lot about writing this review, I don't want to tarnish anyone, but to tell my experience. My son, he's 9, has been playing basketball since he was 5, always with Virtus. The lockdown put us in difficulty, I had paid the annuity and we were blocked, like everyone else. My son was also doing another sport and, in 2 months, the money returned, paid extra. . With Virtus, a labor, mail after mail, with no response (obviously, all saved, and demonstrable). In the end, Virtus has left here in the village, they give a discount of 100 euros to those who register immediately. I wrote that maybe my son, since he is 9 years old, would like to change sport, if there is a refund. As usual, no answer. Okay, let's lose the money, but I can't sing the praises.
