Quella del 2018 è la decima edizione, la prima al Parco del Bosco di Thiene. Sabato 15 e domenica 16 settembre. Viridalia è sempre IL GIARDINO SECONDO NATURA. Il decimo compleanno si festeggia con grandi novità. La mostra mercato di giardinaggio che più e prima di tutte le altre in Italia si è dedicata al giardino, orto, frutteto ecologico fa un salto di qualità e ancora più verso la natura. IL NUOVO PARCO Innanzitutto cambia il luogo che la ospita: a ospitarla saranno i Giardini del Bosco di Thiene, un’area verde con bellissimi alberi, recentemente riprogettata e restituita alla Città. Immersi nella Naturalità di questi grandi alberi, gli espositori di Viridalia abituali e i nuovi, esprimeranno al meglio il loro stile di lavoro in sintonia con uomo e ambiente. INGRESSO GRATUITO La seconda novità è che, grazie a generosi sponsor e in collaborazione con il Comune di Thiene, per quest’anno l’ingresso è libero per il pubblico. IL TEMA “L’orto in giardino, il giardino nell’orto”. La bellezza dell’orto nel giardino naturale si esprimerà nelle conferenze sul tema, tutte di alto livello, con i maggiori esperti del settore e con chi lavora ogni giorno la terra. Dalla progettazione di orti-giardino naturali, alle esperienze virtuose ed eroiche dell’Italia intera; dalla permacultura, all’orto sinergico rigenerativo, fino al Food Forest. Ancora la domenica dedicata al benessere dell’uomo, del corpo e dell’anima, che passa attraverso l’armonia di un giardino-orto naturale: dall’uso in cucina delle erbe officinali fino al rapporto con l’etere cosmico. Per non dimenticarci questa dimensione dell’esistenza. IL MESSAGIO Il giardino naturale fa vivere l’uomo in armonia con se stesso, con gli elementi della natura, nella sua dimensione corporale ed eterica. Fornisce benessere, bellezza e cibo sano per il corpo e lo spirito. GLI INCONTRI NEL GIARDINO Durante i due giorni, all’ombra della bellissima cupola in salice intrecciato, un susseguirsi di incontri dove gli autori presenteranno libri e gli esperti daranno consigli sui temi del giardino secondo natura. IL MERCATO DI SCAMBIO DEI SEMI Importante l’esperienza dei ricercatori appassionati che si diffonde concretamente regalando un seme di una pianta o di un fiore: nel mercato di scambio si troveranno semi di fiori e ortaggi, rarità per orto e giardino, che si potranno portare a casa e scambiarli con altri. ATTIVITA’ PER TUTTI Tra il sabato pomeriggio e la domenica, sul prato, happening di yoga e lezioni di danza per bambini e adulti, in percorsi guidati da letture tematiche, accompagnati da esperienze di mandala con gli elementi della natura. La parrucchiera naturale: un divertissement di fiori tra i capelli per ragazze e signore. L’ARTE Non può mancare con il corso di alto livello di pittura botanica di Silvana Rava e la stampa su abiti con fiori e foglie di Laura Dell’Erba, le due più note maestre in Italia nel loro settore. IL CIBO Entrambi i giorni saranno accompagnati da picnic e brunch sul prato con i prodotti del giardino naturale, biologico, biodinamico di raffinati giovani cuochi che sperimentano un nuovo approccio a una cucina leggera, ispirata alla natura. LA MOSTRA MERCATO Sempre presenti espositori di piante per giardini secondo natura belli e sostenibili: officinali e aromatiche biologiche, perenni a bassa manutenzione, bulbi in collezioni raffinate, rose resistenti, bacche per l’autunno, frutti antichi e rarità botaniche. Prodotti per la cura di orto e giardino, ortaggi e frutti rari in vendita. Importante presenza di editori e librerie tematiche. L’ECOLOGIA DELLA FINANZA Il denaro non è un fine, ma un mezzo, che consente di fare cose belle e buone per noi e per gli altri, com’è accaduto quest’anno per Viridalia e quanto risparmiamo va perciò tutelato con consapevolezza. Il sabato pomeriggio, previa iscrizione, un interessante incontro sulla cultura finanziaria con uno dei maggiori esperti in Italia.
