D	Dellino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo luogo dove allenarsi con zone dedicate per ogni tipo di esercizio, un pò troppo piccola la zona in cui si svolgono esercizi come i manubri. La piscina non è molto grande ma se tutti prenotassero l'orario dall' app dedicata non sarebbe un problema per allenarsi. Servizio idromassaggio e sauna molto ben organizzati. Lo stuff alla reception è generalmente cordiale e ben informato ad eccezione di qualche addetto anonimo che sa essere molto scontroso. I gym trainer sono tutti abbastanza professionali ma non mancano alcune eccezioni di poca professionalità. Gli addetti alla zona idromassaggio, sauna e piscina sono invece molto educati e svolgono bene le loro mansioni. Excellent place to train with dedicated areas for each type of exercise, the area in which exercises such as dumbbells are carried out are a little too small. The pool is not very big but if everyone booked the time from the dedicated app it would not be a problem to train. Very well organized whirlpool and sauna service. Reception staff are generally friendly and knowledgeable except for a few anonymous clerks who can be very surly. The gym trainers are all quite professional but there are some exceptions of little professionalism. The employees of the whirlpool, sauna and pool area are very polite and carry out their duties well.

Il cliente é sempre coccolato e con il servizio myVirgin (applicazione per telefono) si possono prenotare sia corsi che la sala, servizio ottimo per evitare assembramenti. Per qualsiasi dubbio o difficoltà si può sempre fare affidamento sia al bancone all entrata sia al centralino,che risponde sempre in maniera cortese spiegando bene Staff always available, health emergency always managed in an excellent way. Beautiful structure, bright, discreet equipment. The changing rooms are a bit cramped, spacious but with dark furniture and a gloomy look.

Offre veramente tanti servizi e soprattutto tanti corsi per grandi e piccini...infatti il mio compagno Marco è un cliente abituale della palestra e in particolare ha deciso di essere seguito da un Personal Trainer: Jack, persona competente, preparata e molto gioioso...si vede quanto ama la sua professione. La Virgin Active è frequentata anche dal mio piccolo Niccolò...abbiamo deciso di scriverlo in piscina, ci andiamo ogni sabato mattina e Niccolò è accolto e seguito con Amore dall'istruttore Lorenzo. Solamente le prime 2 volte, il mio piccolo ha fatto un po' di capricci...Lorenzo è stato talmente bravo a rassicurarlo e coccolarti nel modo giusto, proprio come piace a lui, infatti dal terzo incontro in poi tutto è cambiato: già dalla sera prima mi dici che vuole rimanerci tanto con Lorenzo e che gli piace tanto andare in piscina, vedo che si diverte e quel suo momento è uno spazio insostituibile! Grazie di Cuore Lorenzo per l'attenzione che dai al mio bambino. Grazie Jack per seguire al meglio il mio Compagno. Grazie a Tutto lo Staff che è attento a tutto, soprattutto in questo particolare periodo. Buone Feste Antonella Virgin Active is a wonderful place! It is a safe, clean and organized place. It really offers many services and above all many courses for young and old ... in fact my partner Marco is a regular customer of the gym and in particular has decided to be followed by a Personal Trainer: Jack, a competent, prepared and very joyful person .. .you can see how much he loves his profession. Virgin Active is also frequented by my little Niccolò ... we decided to write it in the pool, we go there every Saturday morning and Niccolò is welcomed and followed with Love by the instructor Lorenzo. Only the first 2 times, my little one got a bit of a tantrum ... Lorenzo was so good at reassuring him and pampering you in the right way, just as he likes, in fact from the third meeting onwards everything has changed: already from the the night before you tell me that he wants to stay with Lorenzo for a long time and that he really likes going to the pool, I can see that he is having fun and that moment of his is an irreplaceable space! Heartfelt thanks Lorenzo for the attention you give to my baby. Thanks Jack for following my Companion in the best possible way. Besides this, their hours are limited- they even kick you out 30 min before they close- will literally stand over you saying they are closed- so you go to the locker room area. The locker room area is not so clean and many of the fixtures have rust and / or are broken. Besides this, their staff is pompous, cocky, and arrogant. Even the manager on duty displays this kind of attitude. The one positive here is their classes-all very good. TLDR- Not a fan, much better gyms designed in a more practical way and nicer staff.
