Ho comprato una borsa "vintage" di Cartier su Ebay da questo venditore la cui descrizione metteva in evidenza l'ottimo stato e la sua originalità e dopo nemmeno un mese la tracolla si è completamente lacerata in 2 punti (vedi foto in allegato). Ho chiesto il reso e il rimborso, ma mi è stato negato e non mi è stata nemmeno data una spiegazione in merito. I materiali e la qualità sono del tutto scadenti (sembra di cartone per intenderci) ed è evidente che la borsa in questione non è assolutamente originale.
Unfortunately my experience with this shop was terrible. I bought a "vintage" Cartier bag on Ebay from this seller whose description highlighted its excellent condition and originality and after less than a month the shoulder strap was completely torn in 2 places (see attached photo). I asked for a return and refund, but it was denied and I was not even given an explanation. The materials and the quality are completely poor (it looks like cardboard to be clear) and it is evident that the bag in question is absolutely not original.

The items for sale are of excellent quality, they look new and not used at all. When there are defects they are reported and the price is reasonable including shipping. Customer service is always friendly and there, even when you carelessly take the wrong size and ask for a return! Thanks so much
