A	Andrea Romanet on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La Vini Tonon S.r.l. ha sede a Vittorio Veneto, cittadina situata nel punto più a nord di quell’immaginario triangolo comprendente la zona di produzione del Prosecco D.O.C.G. e che ha come altri due vertici Conegliano e Valdobbiadene. L’azienda fu fondata da Pietro Tonon nel 1936 e da ben due generazioni la famiglia Tonon fa tesoro dei suoi insegnamenti. Oggi la tradizione continua costantemente affiancata da innovazioni tecnologiche, ma la sola logica del mercato non ha mai la meglio sull’amore ed il rispetto per il vino. Infatti, tutt’ora, non viene trascurato l’affinamento e la maturazione in piccole botti di rovere di alcuni vini importanti come il Bianco ed il Rosso del Camùl®, che unitamente allo Spumante Millesimato di Prosecco D.O.C.G.Camùl® ed al Camùl® Lungo 14 Brut da uve di Chardonnay, Pinot Bianco e Pinot Nero vinificato in bianco sono il fiore all’occhiello di questa azienda. La produzione annua risulta essere di 200.000 bottiglie. E’ presente presso l’azienda uno spaccio dove è possibile acquistare tutta la produzione. La Vini Tonon S.r.l. is based in Vittorio Veneto, a town located at the northernmost point of that imaginary triangle including the production area of Prosecco D.O.C.G. and which has two other summits Conegliano and Valdobbiadene. The company was founded by Pietro Tonon in 1936 and for two generations the Tonon family has treasured its teachings. Today the tradition continues constantly accompanied by technological innovations, but the mere logic of the market never overcomes love and respect for wine. In fact, still today, the refinement and maturation in small oak barrels of some important wines such as Bianco and Rosso del Camùl®, which together with the Spumante Millesimato of Prosecco DOCGCamùl® and Camùl® Lungo, are not neglected. Brut from Chardonnay, Pinot Bianco and Pinot Nero grapes vinified in white are the flagship of this company. The annual production is 200,000 bottles. A shop is present at the company where it is possible to buy all the production.

Vi consiglio il rosso Camul , un vino dal gusto molto intenso . Satisfied, I have been taking bulk and bottled wine for years at the Tonon winery. Super nice and helpful staff. Siamo stati calorosamente accolti dal personale, che ci ha fatto una breve introduzione prima di portarci dall'enologo della cantina che ha proseguito la visita. Dopo averci dettagliatamente illustrato e spiegato i loro processi di vinificazione, ci hanno mostrato la catena di imbottigliamento durante Il normale funzionamento. La visita si è conclusa con degustazione dei loro vini più pregiati, davanti ad un abbondante tagliere di salumi e formaggi. Siamo stati piacevolmente sorpresi dal rapporto qualità prezzo dei vini. Purtroppo, essendo in bici, non siamo riusciti ad acquistare nulla ma fortunatamente fanno spedizioni. Visited guided unexpected and highly recommended During a relaxing bike ride through the hills of the Valdobbiadene area we came across this small winery for a guided tour, followed by tasting. We were warmly welcomed by the staff, who gave us a brief introduction before taking us to the winemaker of the winery who continued the visit. After having explained in detail and explained their winemaking processes, they showed us the bottling chain during normal operation. The visit ended with a tasting of their finest wines, in front of an abundant platter of cold cuts and cheeses. We were pleasantly surprised by the value for money of the wines. Unfortunately, being on a bike, we could not buy anything but fortunately they do shipments.
