 Cozy and tastefully decorated cellar. Great Verdicchio but I also recommend trying the red selection. Very kind owners. It is an obligatory stop if you go to Matelica!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima preparazione sui vuni , sempre massima educazione e gentilezza da parte di Umberto e Lara. Secondo i miei gusti, il Verdicchio è buono, ma sono da provare assolutamente il Merlot e la Lacrima . Aggiungo inoltre, che all ' interno del punto vendita, si può trovare un vasto assortimento di vini anche non locali.
Excellent preparation on the hills, always maximum education and kindness by Umberto and Lara. According to my tastes, Verdicchio is good, but Merlot and Lacrima are a must. I would also add that inside the store you can find a vast assortment of wines, including non-local ones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bella cantina dove fare una buona degustazione e acquistare l'ottimo verdicchio di Matelica! Consiglio vivamente anche di assaggiare i rossi che sono buonissimi sia il merlot che il sangiovese...
Una menzione speciale va al padrone di casa Umberto sempre pronto a mettere a disposizione la propria conoscenza del territorio e sui vini da lui sapientemente prodotti.
Se visitate la bella Matelica un salto in questa cantina non può mancare.

A special mention goes to the landlord Umberto, always ready to make available his knowledge of the area and the wines he expertly produces.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In questi tempi di clausura si da fondo alle scorte, da tempo, molto tempo, conservavo una bottiglia di Maccagnano del 2000. La comprai da Gagliardi assieme ad altri ottimi vini della loro produzione e volli conservarla, mi ispirava. Purtroppo ne ho conservato solo una.
Ho la fortuna di avere per moglie un somelier e di seguito trovate le sue note su questo splendido Vino. BRAVI.
Renata dice :''Nel bicchiere appare luminoso eppure maturo: dorato e brillante. Il naso percepisce un aroma complesso, che combina sentori di frutta fresca e frutta secca. Di nuovo indizi di maturità nei profumi caldi di vino che ha riposato. Davvero stupisce pertanto la sua freschezza. Un giovanotto che entra diretto in bocca e poi la riempie con un intenso equilibrio di morbidezza e sapidità. Un gusto pieno ed elegante dal finale persistente.''
In these secluded times, stocks have been used for a long time, I kept a bottle of Maccagnano from 2000. I bought it from Gagliardi together with other excellent wines of their production and I wanted to keep it, it inspired me. Unfortunately I have only kept one.
