★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walter is a very polite and highly serious gentleman. I rented this lovely house for 1 week 20-27 september 2021and was very happy.
The +:
The house is very well equipped and has more than what we need during our vacation. Althoug I ate out every single day, I noticed that the kitchen is very well equipped. The house also has airconditionning but only in the unique bedroom. there is a very large terrace in a very nice garden with fruit trees and another one on top of the house. It very in a very quite area, along a narrow path with only pedestrian. The sea is about 50m away. You see perfectly from the large living room!
-You may rent a boat in front of the house, without licence (marina lunga).
- There is a very good and cheap restaurant just around the corner (Osteria San Bartolo)
- The city center is a nice 5 minutes walk along the water. It is also your boat arrival dock.
The -:
The large living room windows are exposed to the sun which means big heat onces back home in the evening. You can't open the windows because of the mosquitos all over the island, so bring your proptection. Walter will do something about it, like having a tent to scroll down outside, in front of the large windows.
In any case, I can only higly recommand this place as I already did to my italian friends in Sicily and elswhere
