Posizione ottima sia per le spiagge che per il centro senza l’utilizzo dei mezzi di trasporto! Ottimo posto confortevole e famigliare. Consigliatissimo! Lovely location, very kind and super helpful owner !!! Great location for both the beaches and the city center without the use of transport! Great place comfortable and familiar. Highly recommended!

Persona dalla disponibilità e presenza squisite, il tutto in un ambiente dove dimentichi il caos e tanti problemi della città. Consiglio villetta Lucia a Forio d'Ischia ai migliori amici e mi auguro di poterci ritornare!! I know the island of Ischia and I admire its many natural, artistic and folkloristic wonders ... but this year, staying in Lucia at Forio d 'Ischia, I was able to spend an even happier stay thanks to the exquisite hospitality of the Mrs Annamaria. Person of exquisite availability and presence, all in an environment where you forget the chaos and many problems of the city. I recommend cottage Lucia in Forio d'Ischia to my best friends and I hope to be back !!

La proprietaria è stata una persona disponibilissima e molto garbata. Beautiful and well-kept villa, it is located in a fairly strategic position, managing to be close enough to the various points of interest. The owner was a very helpful and very polite person.

Posizionata in una zona vicina a bellissime spiagge, al centro, a negozi e soprattutto alla bellissima cava dell'isola. La fermata della circolare è a pochi metri e comoda da raggiungere. Abbiamo passato io ed il mio ragazzo una vacanza bellissima siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. The owners are very nice and helpful. The house is beautiful and also the outdoor space. Located in an area close to beautiful beaches, the center, shops and above all the beautiful quarry of the island. The circular stop is a few meters away and convenient to reach. We spent a great holiday with my boyfriend and I were very satisfied.

La proprietaria sempre presente ad ogni richiesta (anche alle 22) e tanto gentile. Villa molto carina, vicina alla fermata dell'autobus che collega praticamente ovunque e distante 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Forio. Pulizia ottima, bagni nuovissimi e letti spaziosi e comodi. A sorpresa abbiamo trovato aria condizionata in ogni camera, cosa decisamente positiva considerato che molti appartamenti a ischia ne sono sprovvisti. Inoltre la villa si trova in mezzo ad un giardino ben curato, con lettini su cui prendere il sole nel caso non si avesse voglia di arrivare al mare. Location tranquilla e silenziosa. Consigliato. Ci torneremo sicuramente l'anno prossimo. My friends and I stayed in this house for a few days (unfortunately). The owner always present at every request (even at 10pm) and is so kind. Very nice villa, close to the bus stop that connects almost everywhere and 10 minutes walk from the center of Forio. Excellent cleanliness, brand new bathrooms and spacious and comfortable beds. Surprisingly we found air conditioning in every room, which is very positive considering that many apartments in Ischia do not have one. In addition, the villa is located in the middle of a well-kept garden, with sunbeds on which to sunbathe if you don't feel like coming to the sea. Quiet and peaceful location. Recommended. We will definitely be back next year.
