P	Pierpaolo Fontana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Luogo eccezionale, immerso nella natura davvero da consigliare. Unico neo la struttura un pò vecchiotta. Exceptional place, surrounded by nature really to be recommended. The only drawback is the structure a little old.

Wonderful, in winter you can ski, in spring you fish, in summer you swim in the lake, in autumn you pick chestnuts and mushrooms, a paradise on earth ???
C	Christian Girone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NON NOLEGGIATE LE MOTOSLITTE all’impianto di risalita. Servizio pessimo. Disorganizzazione alle stelle. Maleducazione delle guide, in particolar modo del capo guida (a un cliente ha detto di farsi restituire i soldi e di non rompere il c*). Non puoi prenotare il turno, seppur il pagamento sia anticipato. Su un fogliettino di carta scrivono che hai pagato (70 euro per due persone!) e ti dicono di attendere. Una corsa dura 50 min o almeno così ti spiegano all’ingresso. Il sottoscritto ha fatto 2 h e mezza di attesa. Le persone disorientate si accalcano all’arrivo delle motoslitte, vige la simpatia al capo guida che si giustifica dicendo che è domenica e devi rilassarti! Nessuna informazione su come guidare la motoslitta. Abbiamo provato a richiederle e in malo modo ci è stato spiegato dov’era l’acceleratore e il freno dicendo che l’ospedale era lontano e che avremmo dovuto svegliarci! Il percorso senza alcun tipo di disposizioni sicurezza per noi (caschetto o altro) e per gli altri avventori delle piste è durato circa 30 min (tra sgommate e accelerate) quando all’ingresso ci avevano assicurato 50 min di passeggiata tranquilla. ESPERIENZA PESSIMA. NON CONSIGLIO A NESSUNO DI FARLA. IN generale villaggio Palumbo è un posto incantevole gestito malissimo da persone che il turismo non lo conoscono e credo non lo conosceranno mai! DO NOT RENT SNOWMOBLES at the ski lift. Bad service. Skyrocketing disorganization. Rudeness of the guides, especially the head guide (he told a customer to get his money back and not to break the c *). You cannot book the shift, even if the payment is in advance. On a slip of paper they write that you paid (70 euros for two people!) And tell you to wait. A ride lasts 50 minutes or so they explain to you at the entrance. The undersigned waited for 2 and a half hours. Disoriented people flock to the arrival of the snowmobiles, there is the sympathy of the leader who is justified by saying that it is Sunday and you need to relax! No information on how to drive the snowmobile. We tried to request them and in a bad way we were told where the accelerator and the brake were, saying that the hospital was far away and that we should wake up! The path without any kind of safety provisions for us (helmet or other) and for the other patrons of the slopes lasted about 30 minutes (between skidding and accelerating) when at the entrance they had assured us of 50 minutes of quiet walk. BAD EXPERIENCE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO DO IT. IN general, Palumbo village is a lovely place run very badly by people who do not know tourism and I believe they will never know it!

Beautiful location .... it seems to live in a wood in contact with nature and you can breathe only pure air .... experience to be repeated at least once a year?
