Sono presenti anche campi da tennis, bocciofila, minigolf e calcio. Per ogni baita al Max 6 persone (2 in divano letto). È possibile affittare lenzuola e asciugamani oppure portarli da casa, anche la pulizia finale può essere effettuata in autonomia. Oltre che il solo pernottamento è possibile prenotare la mezza pensione o la pensione completa a prezzi convenienti. Comunque visto che sono disponibili ogni giorno bancarelle con prodotti tipici, consiglio di mangiare all'interno. Manutenzione il minimo eseguibile, riscaldamento, erogato da diffusori di calore che risalgono alla guerra de 15/18, a gas, con accenzione piezoelettrica a fiammella, rumorosissimi sia di giorno figuriamoci la notte, non è possibile programmare la temperatura notti da incubo. La manutenzione purtroppo lascia un po’ a desiderare ma si sta comunque bene negli alloggi. Il personale è gentilissimo e disponibile. Le baite sono molto suggestive e dotate di sala pranzo con cucina a gas, forno e stoviglie, divano letto e un tavolo apribile, 1 camera matrimoniale, 1 camera doppia con letto a castello e 1 bagno, oltre che una piccola verandina esterna con un taolo e 4 sedie. Le camere sono tutte molto luminose e confortevoli. La struttura è un po datata ed anche un po polverosa, quindi bisogna un po adattarsi. Il prezzo è comunque molto contenuto, al di sotto della media. Resta il fatto che la location è molto suggestiva: svegliarsi in un bosco è davvero incantevole.
