★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io ed il mio ragazzo abbiamo effettuato una panoramica dentale presso questa struttura: il personale del reparto di radiologia gentilissimo ed altamente qualificato; anche il ragazzo che si occupava dell'accettazione e dei pagamenti si è dimostrato disponibile e cortese.
Unica pecca la signora che mi ha risposto al telefono per prendere gli appuntamenti: di una scortesia unica! Parlava in modo arrogante e senza dare spiegazioni che mi facessero capire le sue richieste dato che non mi ero mai rivolta alla struttura e non vivo a Reggio Emilia. Ha alzato i toni e si è alterata perdendo la pazienza senza alcun motivo. E' stata così scortese e poco professionale che sono stata quasi tentata di prenotare altrove!!! Ha abbassato i toni solo quando anche io, a mia volta, mi sono spazientita per il modo in cui si stava rivolgendo. Mi dispiace perché per il resto la struttura mi è sembrata validissima, ma purtroppo ci tengo a segnalare questo aspetto negativo perché non depone affatto bene!
 My boyfriend and I carried out a dental overview at this facility: the staff of the radiology department were very kind and highly qualified; the guy who took care of the acceptance and payments was also helpful and courteous.
The only flaw is the lady who answered the phone to make appointments: a unique rudeness! He spoke arrogantly and without giving explanations that would make me understand his requests since I had never contacted the structure and I do not live in Reggio Emilia. She raised her tone and got upset, losing her patience for no reason whatsoever. She was so rude and unprofessional that I was almost tempted to book elsewhere !!! He lowered his tone only when I too, in turn, got impatient with the way he was speaking. I'm sorry because the rest of the structure seemed to me to be very good, but unfortunately I want to point out this negative aspect because it does not pose well at all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Accoglienza e cassa da 10 e lode per quanto riguarda la visita ortopedica con la dottoressa Spingardi mi sono trovata malissimo perché mi aspettavo una visita accurata si è semplicemente limitata a commentare le visite precedenti senza approfondire il mio stato attuale

They make me wait 20 minutes in a queue at the cashier (with 2 out of 4 boxes closed) then complain that I arrived late for the visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In data 6 maggio 2022 ho fatto un prericovero per un intervento di ortopedia al piede sx; la velocità e la cortesia del personale medico e della reception è davvero impeccabile.Il giorno 9 ho subìto l'intervento accordato col Dr .Saracino e al mio ingresso ho trovato personale ospedaliero efficente e cordiale.Un grazie particolare anche al Dr Laganà,anestesista col quale ho chiacchierato piacevolmente durante la pratica dell'anestesia.Davvero una clinica degna di nota!

Ansioso per la paura dell'intervento ma allo stesso tempo impegnato a tenera accesa quella gioia interiore che avrebbe permesso di potermi riprende quella parte di vita limitata a causa del dolore oramai insopportabile.
Villa Verde con tutto il suo staff (dal primo all'ultimo indipendentemente dalle mansioni svolte) ha fatto si che la data del 14 ottobre 2021 sia da considerare il mio nuovo compleanno.
Pre-operatorio impeccabile, post-operatorio eccezionale con una terapia del dolore che ha fatto sì non abbia mai sofferto (zero assoluto) dal ricovero sino alla dimissione, e tanto meno al rientro a casa.
Che dire? se uno che rientra a casa con "quasi" la nostalgia della camera di degenza condivisa con un altra persona conosciuta al ricovero sino alle dimissioni, che ha rimosso quello che era il dolore che portava con se per ben 15 anni, si sarà trovato bene? sarà stato accontentato?
Credo proprio di si!!
Ringrazio in primis il Dott. Gianluigi Sacchetti e la sua Equipe della sala operatoria nonchè tutti ma proprio tutti quelli che mi hanno regalato questa gioia!
(Medici, Fisioterapisti, Infermieri/e, Oss, Mensa...insomma tutti).

Right hip prosthesis surgery (14.10.2021 - age 40)
Anxious for the fear of the intervention but at the same time committed to tenderly burning that inner joy that would have allowed me to take back that part of my life limited due to the now unbearable pain.
Villa Verde with all its staff (from the first to the last regardless of the duties performed) has made sure that the date of October 14, 2021 is to be considered my new birthday.
Flawless pre-operative, exceptional post-operative with a pain therapy that meant I never suffered (absolute zero) from hospitalization until discharge, much less on returning home.
What to say? if someone who returns home with "almost" nostalgia for the hospitalization room shared with another person known at the hospitalization until discharge, who has removed what was the pain he carried with him for 15 years, will he be well? will he have been satisfied?
I really think so!!
First of all, I would like to thank Dr. Gianluigi Sacchetti and his team in the operating room as well as all but all those who have given me this joy!
(Doctors, Physiotherapists, Nurses, Oss, Mensa ... in short, all).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale all accoglienza molto gentile ma ancora di piu alle casse, io arrivata con largo anticipo in 10 minuti ho finito all accettazione, alla risonanza, personale competente, cordiale e attento, velocissimi nel famri accomodare, ma molto professionali, soddisfatta quasi di tutto una pecca pjrtroppo c'è ma non so se dipende da loro o meno ovvero il referto non mi è stato ancora caricato nel fascicolo sanitario elettronico.. però per quello che ho fatto io e la kia esperienza lo consiglio
Reception staff very kind but even more at the cash desks, I arrived well in advance in 10 minutes I finished the acceptance, the resonance, competent, friendly and attentive staff, very fast in accommodating, but very professional, satisfied almost everything a flaw pjr unfortunately there is but I do not know if it depends on them or not or the report has not yet been uploaded to me in the electronic health record .. but for what I did and my experience I recommend it

per l'assistenza ricevuta. Un grazie particolare alla caposala Sabrina e ai fisioterapisti Leo e Luca per aver sdrammatizzato anche in momenti difficili.
I was operated on April 9 on the hip prosthesis of the team of Dr. Zorzi who has been following me for over 10 years. Thanks to all those present in the operating room and to all the ward nurses
for the assistance received. A special thanks to the head nurse Sabrina and to the physiotherapists Leo and Luca for having played down even in difficult moments.
