Consiglio vivamente questa struttura, non esiste un posto del genere (con un giardino storico imponente e ampi spazi verdi) in tutto il circondario Fantastic facility, competent staff. I highly recommend this property, there is no such place (with an impressive historic garden and large green spaces) in the whole district
V	Valeria Gangemi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In base alla mia esperienza è un pessimo livello di assistenza. Non ricovererei mai più in questa struttura un mio caro. Struttura che non consiglio. Il personale è insufficente per il numero degli ospiti. Il mio caro, allettato, era collocato al piano superiore e non ha mai avuto la possibilità di suonare un campanello per chiedere assistenza. La buona volontà di pochi non è sufficiente. Abbiamo visto il medico della struttura una sola volta in nove mesi. Inoltre la presenza dei familiari, nonostante il rispetto delle norme anti covid, veniva contnuamente ostacolata. Faccio presente che per tre giorni di soggiorno hanno chiesto 1.000 euro su una retta mensile di 1.300 euro. La motivazione: preavviso di 15 giorni. Possibile programmare la morte naturale? L'accoglienza e la cura di persone fragili e anziane non si può nè si deve improvvisare. In my experience it is a very bad level of assistance. I would never admit a loved one to this facility again. Structure that I do not recommend. The staff is insufficient for the number of guests. My bedridden loved one was placed upstairs and never had a chance to ring a bell for assistance. The goodwill of a few is not enough. We only saw the facility doctor once in nine months. In addition, the presence of family members, despite compliance with anti-covid rules, was continually hindered. I would like to point out that for three days of stay they asked for 1,000 euros out of a monthly fee of 1,300 euros. The reason: 15 days notice. Can natural death be programmed? The reception and care of frail and elderly people cannot and should not be improvised.
S	Salvatore Pecorella on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In base alla mia esperienza, sconsiglio questa struttura qualora doveste valutarla come casa di riposo per persone anziane allettate o con patologie che richiedono controllo ed assistenza. Non è una struttura sanitaria ma mi è stata presentata come abile a gestire le questioni sanitarie. il che è vero soltanto per gli aspetti burocratici mentre all'anziano malato viene riservata un'assistenza totalmente insufficiente. C'è poco personale in realzione al numero degli ospiti e questo ha un impatto su tutti gli aspetti della quotidianità. Mi è capitato che persino gli effetti personali del mio familiare siano stati confusi con quelli di altri ospiti (persino la biancheria intima). La facciata sembra bella rispetto a quello che offre il territorio ma nella sostanza è carente su molti aspetti che hanno impatto negativo sulla salute e la serenità sia dei nostri anziani sia delle famiglie che li affidano alla struttura. Una stella. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this facility if you should consider it as a retirement home for elderly bedridden people or with pathologies that require monitoring and assistance. It is not a health facility but it was presented to me as skilled in handling health matters. this is true only for the bureaucratic aspects while totally insufficient assistance is reserved for the sick elderly. There is little staff in relation to the number of guests and this has an impact on all aspects of everyday life. Even my family member's belongings have been confused with those of other guests (even underwear). The facade looks beautiful compared to what the territory offers but in substance it is lacking on many aspects that have a negative impact on the health and serenity of both our elderly and the families who entrust them to the structure. A star.

Personale qualificato, gentile, educato,sempre disponibile e pronto a soddisfare i bisogni degli ospiti che la abitano. Hanno sempre una carezza ed una coccola per tutti. Il parco attorno, la pineta e gli spazi esterni ne fanno un luogo perfetto dove trascorrere le giornate Consiglio assolutamente questa casa di riposo A very beautiful, comfortable and surrounded by greenery. Qualified, kind, polite staff, always available and ready to meet the needs of the guests who live there. They always have a caress and a cuddle for everyone. The park around, the pine forest and the outdoor spaces make it a perfect place to spend the days I absolutely recommend this retirement home

My parents have rediscovered the Bagherese origins and serenity, welcomed by a trained, attentive, kind and well-mannered staff. Clean, healthy and genuine food.
