Great facility! my aunt has been there for years now and I must say that even before the Covid emergency I had a good opinion now with this emergency they behaved in an exemplary manner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo una lunga e invalidante malattia papà è venuto a mancare pochi giorni fa e ha trascorso l'ultimo periodo della sua vita in questa casa di riposo. Ne avevo viste altre a Bologna e le esperienze erano state avvilenti e contro la sua dignità. Villa SERENA invece E' ECCELLENTE da tutti i punti di vista: igiene, umanità del personale dagli operatori che hanno accudito papà fino all'ultimo, al personale medico e infermieri SEMPRE DISPONIBILI, al direttore. SICURAMENTE UNA DELLE MIGLIORI CASE DI RIPOSO DI BOLOGNA.
After a long and debilitating illness, Dad passed away a few days ago and spent the last period of his life in this retirement home. I had seen others in Bologna and the experiences had been demeaning and against his dignity. Villa SERENA, on the other hand, is EXCELLENT from all points of view: hygiene, humanity of the staff from the operators who looked after Dad to the last, to the medical personnel and nurses ALWAYS AVAILABLE, to the director. CERTAINLY ONE OF THE BEST HOUSES OF REST IN BOLOGNA.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mia mamma è stata ospite di Villa Serena, purtroppo, solo nell'ultimo periodo della sua vita. Non ringrazierò mai abbastanza le persone incontrate, dalle dottoresse, agli infermieri, alle OSS . Sono stati tutti impagabili in un momento così difficile per me e mia sorella e per la nostra mamma: professionali al massimo, sempre disponibili, premurosi e con un'umanità che è davvero assai raro, ormai, trovare. Per merito loro la mamma se ne è andata nella maniera più dignitosa che potessimo sperare. Grazie ancora di tutto.
My mother was a guest of Villa Serena, unfortunately, only in the last period of her life. I will never thank enough people I met, from doctors, nurses, to OSS. They were all priceless in such a difficult time for my sister and me and for our mother: professional at most, always available, caring and with a humanity that is really very rare, now, to find. Thanks to them, the mother left in the most dignified way we could hope for. Thanks again for everything.

Ho avuto modo di conoscere e avere un confronto con la direttrice della struttura, la dottoressa Tarquinio ed ho trovato in lei l'umanità e la professionalità che contraddistingue un professionista di questo settore. Una struttura organizzata in modo impeccabile che merita senza dubbi la sua fama e la predilezione dei suoi ospiti. Se dovessi consigliare una CRA, senza dubbio sarebbe la mia prima scelta. COMPLIMENTI a tutto lo staff.
Excellent level structure, high professionalism and excellent attention to guests' needs. Very knowledgeable and courteous staff. I got to know and have a discussion with the director of the facility, Dr. Tarquinio and I found in her the humanity and professionalism that distinguishes a professional in this sector. An impeccably organized structure that undoubtedly deserves its fame and the predilection of its guests. If I were to recommend a CRA, it would undoubtedly be my first choice. CONGRATULATIONS to all the staff.
