★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location spettacolare, abbiamo trascorso in 4 amici una settimana meravigliosa, la casa è dotata di tutto ciò che serve ed in più c'è la possibilità di mangiare fuori sotto il porticato. Il propietario signor Ignazio è persona gentilissima e disponibile se c'è un problema. Consigliatissima.
Spectacular location, we spent a wonderful week in 4 friends, the house is equipped with everything you need and in addition there is the possibility to eat outside on the porch. The owner Mr. Ignazio is a very kind and helpful person if there is a problem. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo stati una settimana nella Casetta sull' albero e fosse stato per noi ci saremmo trasferiti!!! immerso nelle campagne Castellamaresi, il Sign. Ingnazio Sottile ha costruito questa casetta affianco alla Villa Sarmuci (bellissima e super accogliente!), è dotata di ogni confort possibile, il letto molto comodo nonostante il materasso sia basso. Pensavamo di dover ricorrere al nostro senso di adattamento e invece è stato un luogo dove rilassarci e sentirci in pace con noi stessi. Il proprietario e la compagna sono stati gentilissimi e ci hanno fatto scoprire dei posti e dei sapori indimenticabili!!! Grazie per la compagnia, anche a Sauro e Irina.
La posizione della villa è in alto (5/8 min in macchina) e ogni giorno potrete godere di una vista bellissima, porteremo sempre con noi il piccolo squarcio di paradiso che è possibile vedere dalle finestrelle della casetta e scendendo verso il mare, piano piano, essere immersi da un golfo che è quasi perfetto (non fosse per noi umani). We stayed a week in the tree house and had it been for us we would have moved !!! immersed in the Castellamaresi countryside, the Sign. Ingnazio Sottile built this small house next to Villa Sarmuci (beautiful and super cozy!), It is equipped with every possible comfort, the bed is very comfortable despite the low mattress. We thought we had to resort to our sense of adaptation and instead it was a place to relax and feel at peace with ourselves. The owner and his partner were very kind and made us discover unforgettable places and flavors !!! Thanks for the company, also to Sauro and Irina.
The position of the villa is at the top (5/8 min by car) and every day you can enjoy a beautiful view, we will always carry with us the small glimpse of paradise that can be seen from the windows of the house and going down towards the sea, slowly , being immersed in a gulf that is almost perfect (were it not for us humans).
