Da qualche anno mi occupo di diversi cani come attività di volontariato, i medici dell'ambulatorio veterinario Villa S.Francesco sono sempre disponibili ed hanno fatto cose che non ho trovato da nessun'altra parte dimostrando così, in molte occasioni, l'amore vero che hanno per i nostri amici. Onestamente pur avendo altri veterinari competenti vicino casa mi faccio sempre volentieri molti km per andare da loro, perché trovo quel "qualcosa" in più che fa la differenza. Non sono solita scrivere recensioni ma spero di far provare anche ad altri la soddisfazione di aver trovato un team così! Exceptional, every member of the staff is highly trained, scrupulous and loves animals immeasurably. For some years I have been dealing with various dogs as a volunteer activity, the doctors of the Villa S.Francesco veterinary clinic are always available and have done things that I have not found anywhere else thus demonstrating, on many occasions, true love that they have for our friends. Honestly, even if I have other competent veterinarians close to home, I always do many kms to go to them, because I find that "something" more that makes the difference. I'm not used to writing reviews but I hope to make others feel the satisfaction of having found such a team!

Portando i miei animali in questa Clinica ho sempre avuto la sensazione che per loro la priorità è il benessere degli animali e non il guadagno. Vi consiglio di affidarvi senza remore alle loro cure. I have entrusted myself to the care of my dogs and cats at the Villa San Francesco Clinic since its opening, in particular to Dr. Ricci who is professional, understanding and humane and whom I consider to be one of the best veterinarians I have met in Rome. Bringing my animals to this Clinic I have always had the feeling that for them the priority is the welfare of the animals and not the profit. I advise you to entrust yourselves to their care without hesitation.

Ricci ho affidato tutti i miei animali e quelli della mia famiglia, cani, gatti, cavie peruviane, meticci e di razza, per il classico vaccino come per gravi problemi e interventi chirurgici, trovando sempre grandissima professionalità, empatia e dolcezza nel trattare i piccoli pazienti ed anche i rapporti con i padroni. I have known the clinic since 1995, to Dr. Ricci I entrusted all my animals and those of my family, dogs, cats, Peruvian, mixed and purebred guinea pigs, for the classic vaccine as well as for serious problems and surgeries, always finding great professionalism, empathy and sweetness in treating little patients and also relations with the bosses.
