Organizzatissimi nella gestione quotidiana degli ospiti, tutto ciò senza rinunciare al clima sereno che si respira in una grande famiglia allargata. Lo consiglio vivamente, se state pensando di affidare un vostro parente ad una struttura, questa è la migliore, non solo per l'affidabilità e la sicurezza che danno ma anche per la sensibilità con cui l'ospite è approcciato. Un ringraziamento particolare va a Maria Grazia, la direttrice della struttura, perché è sempre presente e premurosa, pronta ad ascoltare le esigenze sia degli ospiti che dei parenti. Contattate serenamente la struttura e lo vedrete con i vostri occhi. Excellent structure, professional staff and attentive above all to the human side and to the psycho-physical well-being of the guests. Very organized in the daily management of guests, all this without giving up the serene atmosphere that reigns in a large extended family. I highly recommend it, if you are thinking of entrusting your relative to a structure, this is the best, not only for the reliability and security they give but also for the sensitivity with which the guest is approached. A special thanks goes to Maria Grazia, the manager of the structure, because she is always present and attentive, ready to listen to the needs of both guests and relatives. P	Paola Russo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Diversamente da quello che si può pensare questa struttura non è il solito... ospizio, personalmente la definisco una grande casa gestita da una perfetta direttrice, la signora Maria Grazia che cura amorevolmente, affiancata dal suo personale gli ospiti di tale struttura, in un ambiente caldo, confortevole e domestico, non strappandoli dalla visione che ogni persona ADULTA dovrebbe avere e vivere... racchiusa in una sola parola, CASA! Dunque il mio 5 stelle confermato con un grande ?! Contrary to what one might think this structure is not the usual ... hospice, personally I define it as a large house managed by a perfect manager, Mrs. Maria Grazia who lovingly cares, flanked by her staff, the guests of this structure, in a warm, comfortable and domestic environment, not tearing them away from the vision that every ADULT person should have and experience ... enclosed in a single word, HOME! So my 5 stars confirmed with a big ?!

Sono accoglienti , professionali , preparati , attenti ed empatici . Mia madre é felicissima di stare in questo clima di armonia . Ed io sono molto serena nel vederla accudita seguita e coccolata . I nostri cari hanno bisogno di tante attenzioni , e a Villa Rosa sono in ottime mani . Ringrazio di vero cuore tutto lo staff , sono straordinarie , sempre sorridenti , attente , accoglienti, simpatiche e cordiali . E ringrazio la direttrice Maria Grazia per la sua infinita disponibilità , cordialità , umanità , professionalità , educazione , abnegazione e simpatia che dimostra sempre nei confronti di tutti . Villa Rosa is a very nice lodging house, very well organized, very clean. With a high level staff. They are welcoming, professional, prepared, attentive and empathetic. My mother is very happy to be in this climate of harmony. And I am very serene in seeing her looked after, followed and pampered. Our loved ones need a lot of attention, and at Villa Rosa they are in excellent hands. I sincerely thank all the staff, they are extraordinary, always smiling, attentive, welcoming, nice and friendly. R	Roberta Russo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questa risposta va alla Sig.ina Cuomo Claudia…ho letto di un rifiuto da parte della Titolare della struttura nel farle vedere sua nonna ma a Me non sembra..anche io ero lì e la nonna e’ stata messa in posizione ottimale per farsi che tutti i familiari la Potessero salutare! Chi munito di Green pass standole accanto e chi non era munito di tale certificazione poteva stare in struttura ,nel giardino ,dove la finestra della nonna affacciava.. la struttura deve preservare tutte le nonnine come e’ avvenuto con la sua! Bastava fare un tampone molecolare (la nonna ahimè non stava bene già da ore precedenti), mostrare la negatività e questa lesione al suo cuore ,Signorina Claudia, non sarebbe avvenuta! Ma comunque ,se al mondo ci fossero più strutture come Villa Rosa ,ci sarebbero molti più nonnini sereni e sicuramente preservati dalla solitudine che a molti fa da padrona! So che in base al rispetto delle regole e soprattutto di tutte le nonnine a nessuno è mai stato negato niente, sempre a disposizione. Certamente a noi tutti è ben chiara la realtà che stiamo vivendo quindi se non si da libero accesso a chiunque per me è solo ed esclusivamente per tutelare i più deboli.
