★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio vergognoso, all' ingresso non trovi mai nessuno a cui chiedere info e se fai un giro nei corridoi trovi solo gente che fa colazione alle macchinette , passeggia allegramente chiacchierando o sta al cellulare a farsi i fatti propri. Appuntamento alle ore 9 e il funzionario di turno è in ritardo di almeno mezz'ora, considerato che la volta precedente non si è nemmeno presentato e che mancava anche il sostituto è un grande passo in avanti.
Shameful service, you can never find anyone at the entrance to ask for info and if you take a ride in the corridors you find only people who have breakfast at the vending machines, walk happily while chatting or on their cell phones to take their own business. Appointment at 9 o'clock and the official on duty is at least half an hour late, given that the previous time was not even presented and that the substitute was also missing is a big step forward.
