Per la posizione: in un parco pieno di alberi monumentali, con una vista su tutto il Biellese. Per la cucina genuina, raffinata, inventiva. Tutta la filosofia del luogo e' interessante anche, essendo un centro di formazione alla tessitura artigianale. Il cuoco e gestore e' una persona molto interessante e non banale. Consiglio vivemente questo posto! Other than 5 stars! Excellent place from all points of view. For the position: in a park full of monumental trees, with a view over the whole Biella area. For genuine, refined, inventive cuisine. The whole philosophy of the place is also interesting, as it is a training center for artisan weaving. The cook and manager is a very interesting and non-trivial person. I highly recommend this place!
