Le stanze sono minuscole e fredde I riscaldamenti sono spenti e per il condizionatore devi chiedere autorizzazione... Corridoi sono delle caverne ghiacciate rischi di prendere la polmonite! Nel pacchetto avevamo anche la cena compresa abbiamo scelto il menù ma al nostro arrivo non avevamo il tavolo... Ma hanno rimediato alla buona.. tutto sommato cena ottimaa 10+ vino carissimo... Fine soggiorno ESPERIENZA PESSSIMA.... Sconsiglio a gran voce. Ahhh Nota positiva il ragazzo che ci ha accolto molto educato e ben preparato se non ricordo male Riccardo 10 + I start by saying that we were here with a gift certificate ... La struttura ha bisogno di essere ammodernata, in particolare il thermarium, che é inoltre molto piccolo (non ho provato né le cure termali né altri servizi, come i massaggi). La stanza (classic) era ben pulita e abbastanza spaziosa. Il buffet di colazione é buono e ben fornito. Il ristorante, al contrario, é piuttosto scarso e costoso. Trovo inoltre assurdo facciano pagare ben 3 euro di coperto a pasto a chi sta già pagando per alloggiare lì. In breve, costo non in linea con la qualità offerta. Stayed for two nights, with breakfast (and access to the spa) included. The structure needs to be modernized, in particular the thermarium, which is also very small (I have not tried the spa treatments or other services, such as massages). The (classic) room was well cleaned and quite spacious. The breakfast buffet is good and well-stocked. The restaurant, on the contrary, is rather poor and expensive. I also find it absurd to charge well 3 euros of meal per meal to those who are already paying to stay there. In short, cost not in line with the quality offered.
G	Giorgio Devecchi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io e mia moglie all'arrivo siamo stati accolti dal proprietario che ci ha spiegato i benefici termali e come sfruttare al meglio il soggiorno. Il personale è molto gentile e preparato. La cucina del ristorante è buona e offre un menù abbastanza vario; anche la colazione è molto buona e abbondante. La SPA offre ambienti confortevoli e servizi ottimi. In breve è stato un weekend molto piacevole e sicuramente da ripetere. My wife and I were greeted on arrival by the owner who explained the spa benefits and how to make the most of the stay. The staff is very kind and prepared. The restaurant is good and offers a fairly varied menu; breakfast is also very good and plentiful. The SPA offers comfortable environments and excellent services. In short it was a very pleasant weekend and certainly to be repeated.

C'è una bella sala camino anche se un po' fumoso. Il personale è gentile, disponibile e preparato. Il centro benessere e la zona delle cure sono un po' datate e non in linea con gli standard di un quattro stelle su quella fascia di prezzo. La cucina non è un granché.. un po' pretenziosa.. Il complesso è molto pulito e ordinato. I trattamenti curativi sono molto validi e gli operatori competenti. Il wi fi non funziona benissimo e le camere (almeno la classica) molto vecchio stile. Nel bagno tuttavia il pregio è il phon professionale. The external structure is very beautiful and cared for. Very relaxing. The interior is a mix of ancient and more recent environments. There is a nice fireplace room although a little smoky. The staff is friendly, helpful and prepared. The spa and the treatment of the area are a bit 'outdated and not in line with a four star standard of that price range. The kitchen is not that great .. a little pretentious .. The complex is very clean and tidy. The healing treatments are very valid and the operators are competent. The wi fi does not work very well and the rooms (at least the classic) very old style. In the bathroom, however, the value is the professional hair dryer.
