★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il b&b villa Ortensia è un ambiente pulito e rilassante. L'igiene è impeccabile: pulizia quotidiana della camera. La struttura, a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro di Acicastello, comprende il parcheggio interno nella strada privata con posto auto sempre garantito e sicuro. Il personale è gentile, premuroso e affabile. La struttura è a un passo dal litorale che offre diversi lidi attrezzati e bar. La colazione, ricca e squisita a base di prodotti tipici siciliani, si tiene in un giardino fresco e molto piacevole. La villa è immersa nella quiete.
 The b & b villa Ortensia is a clean and relaxing environment. Hygiene is impeccable: daily cleaning of the room. The structure, a few minutes walk from the center of Acicastello, includes internal parking in the private road with a guaranteed and safe parking space. The staff are kind, thoughtful and personable. The structure is one step away from the coast which offers several equipped beaches and bars. The breakfast, rich and exquisite based on typical Sicilian products, is held in a fresh and very pleasant garden. The villa is immersed in the quiet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Łatwy dojazd tuż obok rezydencji jest przystanek AMT(autobusy jeżdżą jak chcą) ale to okey... Pieszo około 4km od centrum miasta a wiza wi rezydencji przepiękny widok na morze.... Właściciele ok żadnych problemów ... wszystko tip top.... Un posto molto carino ♥️ Tornerò sicuramente
Easy access right next to the residence is the AMT stop (buses run as they please) but that's okey ... On foot about 4 km from the city center and the visa in the residence, a beautiful view of the sea .... Owners ok, no problems ... everything in tip top .. .. Un posto molto carino ♥ ️ Tornerò sicuramente

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il personale è gentilissimo come anche la posizione vista mare da un lato e l'Etna dall' altro, la colazione servita nel bellissimo giardino con prodotti biologici , si esce per passeggiare a due passi da Acicastello oppure con la fermata del bus proprio davanti . Consigliatissimo!!!
The staff is very kind as well as the position overlooking the sea on one side and Mount Etna on the other, the breakfast served in the beautiful garden with organic products, you go out for a walk a stone's throw from Acicastello or with the bus stop right in front. Highly recommended !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So so noisy. Paper thin walls mean you even hear people peeing.
Unfriendly staff will chat in corridors at 7am and loudly unload dishwasher at 8am with doors open to make sure everyone is woken up. Avoid if you're relaxing. May be OK for work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It took awhile to find this gated Villa but we did and found a friendly gardener in a truck to let us in and he called the proprietor to say we were here. The man did not speak much English so we were able to communicate with gestures and voices. This is part of the charm of this lovely country! We only noticed later that we should have arranged a time to check in. Once here we found Erminia so friendly and helpful with everything including suggestions on places to see and directions and laundry and banks and more. Erminia speaks very good English too. Breakfast includes lots of homemade goodies and Italian pastries and fruit. We miss eggs so are planning to ask for the American breakfast tomorrow which she will do. The rooms are clean and comfortable and quiet except for an occasional barking dog or a rooster in the morning. And the price is reasonable. We recommend this B & B for a quaint Sicilian experience.
