★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Villa storica, un tempo dimora estiva della famiglia nobiliare Maurigi, edificata alla fine del XIX secolo ,oggi restaurata e rinnovata, è una location unica perché fonde stili diversi , il neoclassico con i soffitti a volta e le maioliche, e il moderno con la Sala delle Capriate con la sua illuminazione, ideale per ogni tipo di evento.
Historic villa, once the summer home of the noble family Maurigi, built at the end of the 19th century, now restored and renewed, is a unique location because it blends different styles, the neoclassical with vaulted ceilings and majolica, and the modern with the Hall delle Capriate with its lighting, ideal for any type of event.

Le fontane con i giochi d’acqua coordinati a quelli di luce sono veramente una chicca.
Spazi verdi curatissimi si vede che c’è attenzione e dedizione nel lavoro che svolgono.
Nel cuore del centro di Villagrazia di Carini.
Unica pecca il parcheggio …non ne hanno uno di proprietà ma sommariamente parcheggiare in zona o poco distante non è un problema e ne vale la pena.

The only flaw is the parking ... they do not have one of their own but summarily parking in the area or not far away is not a problem and it is worth it.
