Beautiful structure, you can of an excellent view and a very good mountain air. The food is not at all up to the structure for me.

G	Giovanni Martelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posto stupendo per cerimonie se si può stare all'aperto, dove si può gozzovigliare in un bel giardino, godendo di una bella vista sulla piscina che ha il mare come sfondo. All'interno gli ambienti sono moderni e accoglienti nonostante uno strano giardino di cactus. Wonderful place for ceremonies if you can stay outdoors, where you can revel in a beautiful garden, enjoying a beautiful view of the swimming pool with the sea as a backdrop. Inside, the rooms are modern and welcoming despite a strange cactus garden.

Si tratta di una villa in stile moderno, molto ben curata e con un ampia balconata con fontana e angolo bar fronte sala da pranzo, il tutto immerso in uno splendido angolo delle campagne chietine. Se cercate quindi un luogo lussuoso e ricercato per i vostri eventi siete nel posto giusto. Non proprio per tutte le tasche, ma c'è spazio per 150/200 invitati comodamente sistemati, anche facile da raggiungere e parcheggio adeguato. LOCATION FOR EVENTS, therefore catering only by catering. It is a modern style villa, very well maintained and with a large balcony with fountain and bar area in front of the dining room, all immersed in a splendid corner of the countryside around Chieti. If you are looking for a luxurious and sophisticated place for your events you are in the right place. Not really for all budgets, but there is room for 150/200 comfortably accommodated guests, also easy to reach and adequate parking.

E una delle mie preferite proprio per la sua posizione quasi vicino alla montagne che nel periodo invernale crea un atmosfera che poche location riescono a dare. 5 stelle meritate A new location suitable for any type of event. It is one of my favorites because of its position almost close to the mountains which in winter creates an atmosphere that few locations can give. 5 stars you deserve

Il nostro matrimonio è stato un sogno soprattutto grazie a loro, con Maria Domenica e Ludovica è nato un rapporto bellissimo. Una location elegante e raffinata con persone gentili, professionali e disponibili, la consiglio a tutti! We got married in this beautiful villa on August 18th and we couldn't have chosen a better location; it was the first one we visited and it was love at first sight especially after meeting Maria Domenica, she was helpful and kind from the first day, accommodating practically any of our requests. Our marriage was a dream especially thanks to them, a beautiful relationship was born with Maria Domenica and Ludovica. An elegant and refined location with kind, professional and helpful people, I recommend it to everyone!
