The sea leaves something to be desired

Very modern and very welcoming villa, with outdoor spaces with many services (barbecue, solarium, swimming pool, bike for excursions in the surroundings).

We stayed three days in this nothing short of fantastic villa, complete with every comfort. Very close to the wild Morghella beach and beautiful sea. Strategic position between Portopalo and Marzamemi. The host Franco and his wife Giovana, nice and helpful exquisite people, gave us all the indications both to eat and to visit the area. The only sore point was having to leave her. Highly recommended for those who want a holiday in total relaxation.

Clean, comfortable and welcoming annexe, equipped with everything you need, including appliances and all fully functional. The solarium area is very nice, with garden, barbecue and a fantastic outdoor shower. A stone's throw (on foot) from a beautiful beach, uncrowded even in August.

The villa is equipped with all comforts very close to the sea and very pretty. It has a well-kept solarium and all the appliances you need. For the family it is an excellent choice and then to underline the kindness of the owners Franco and Gianna Highly recommended

Excellent accommodation, spacious, impeccable cleanliness personally supervised by the owners with the help of collaborators. Generous spaces both indoors and outdoors, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, one of which serves one of the bedrooms, both equipped with toilet, shower, sink and bidet. Small bedroom with bunk bed for one and a half. Very large living room with sofa, smart TV, wifi, DVD player. Kitchen with table, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine and everything needed for cooking. The exteriors are well cared for, the automatic night irrigation guarantees an evergreen lawn, a very comfortable outdoor table adjacent to the kitchen and overlooking the sea, awnings that guarantee comfort and privacy. Swing and sunbeds complete the picture, barbecue and additional outdoor table then offer the possibility of excellent grilled fish (go to Portopalo di Capo passero at 2 pm to find fresh fish at excellent prices). Let's get to the location: villa and outbuilding are located between Marzamemi and Portopalo di Capo passero, the closest beach is called Morghella, beautiful but not beautiful when the wind blows from the NW. However, the particular position allows you to reach the beaches of the west side or those of the south side in a maximum of 30 minutes when the wind blows from the north or west. You will see the difference ... we found a Caribbean sea in playa Carratois, when we had a rough and turbid sea under the house. I conclude by thanking Franco and his wife for their kindness, availability and the amount of valuable information and suggestions on what to do, see and eat during our stay. The villa had everything necessary for the first days of stay, both in the bathroom and in the kitchen, including linen with weekly change. We took advantage of the availability of the staff for cleaning during the stay, at more than fair prices. We would definitely go back. Thanks for everything, see you next time. gennaro
