★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Herzlicher Empfang. Reibungslose Übergabe am Ende. Und Emanuela ist eine Perle. Immer hilfsbereit und doch sehr diskret. Obwohl sie und ihr Bruder im Nebentrakt wohnen, fühlten wir uns zu keiner Zeit gestört. Wir reisten mit zwei Erwachsenen, zwei Kindern und Hund. Für Hundehalter noch wichtig zu wissen, dass Hunde im Obergeschoss (Schlafzimmer) eigentlich nicht erwünscht sind. Wir fanden jedoch eine Lösung mit dem einzigen Schlafzimmer ohne Teppichboden und dem Versprechen, dass sich der Vierbeiner nur in diesem Zimmer im OG aufhalten wird. Im EG und auf dem Grundstück gab es dahingehend keine Einschränkungen. Für uns passte das gut so und war ohne Probleme umsetzbar. Es war eine Freude.
We had a wonderful stay. Warm welcome. Smooth handover at the end. And Emanuela is a pearl. Always helpful and yet very discreet. Although she and her brother live in the next wing, we never felt disturbed. We traveled with two adults, two children and a dog. It is also important for dog owners to know that dogs are actually not allowed on the upper floor (bedroom). However, we found a solution with the only bedroom without carpeting and the promise that the four-legged friend will only be in this room on the first floor. There were no restrictions on the ground floor or on the property. For us it was a good fit and could be implemented without any problems. It was a pleasure.
