g	giuseppe iraci on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ritornato in quest hotel dopo circa 3 anni vissuti come un bellissimo ricordo...purtroppo la realtà ben presto è venuta a svegliarci...mi dispiace davvero tanto dover recensire in maniera non sufficie te questa struttura che presenta un ottimo potenziale...il ristorante buono e la colazione discreta..per un 4 stelle superior ci si aspetta molto di più a livello qualitativo...per quanto riguarda la camera è stato davvero lì il cuore del problema,dopo aver prenotato e aver letto ARIA CONDIZIONATA ebbene si signori al nostro arrivo mi ritrovo circa 29 gradi in camera e quando chiedo spiegazioni mi viene detto che prima di metà maggio non è disponibile..Assurdo!!!nemmeno in un Bed and breakfast da 30 euro a notte ho mai sentito una cosa del genere...abbiamo dovuto dormire con la porta aperta per non rischiare l asfissia..aspirazione nella toilette non funzionante,la doccia perdeva acqua,i letti scomodi e divisi,ascensore sempre bloccato.Non credo verrò più..e lo dico a malincuore..Un plauso alle massaggiatrici della Spa..davvero bravissime e gentilissime oltre che professionali,unica nota positiva della nostra esperienza Returned to this hotel after about 3 years lived as a beautiful memory ... unfortunately reality soon came to wake us up ... A plaus or to the masseuses of the Spa ... really very good and very kind as well as professional, the only positive note of our experience

Abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte in occasione del compleanno di mia moglie... ci hanno riempito di coccole con delle sorprese inaspettate. Grazie a tutto lo staff. A presto Beautiful structure, well maintained and clean. We stayed only one night on the occasion of my wife's birthday ... they filled us with pampering with unexpected surprises. Thanks to all the staff. See you soon
s	stefania cannavò on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono tornata dopo 2 anni perché avevo un bellissimo ricordo della struttura, devo dire che sono rimasta un po' delusa, la camera classic mi aspettavo fosse diversa visto che parliamo di un hotel 4 stelle. La nota positiva è stata la spa che dato le normative anti covid ci hanno permesso di usufluire di tutto senza confusione riuscendo cosi a godere di tutto senza stress. Altra nota positiva è stato il ristorante, abbiamo scelto la cena che nonostante offra poca scelta, devo dire ottima. I returned after 2 years because I had a wonderful memory of the structure, I must say that I was a bit disappointed, I expected the classic room to be different since we are talking about a 4-star hotel. The positive note was the spa which, given the anti-covid regulations, allowed us to use everything without confusion, thus being able to enjoy everything without stress. Another positive note was the restaurant, we chose dinner which despite offering little choice, I must say excellent.
a	alfonso de rosa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima struttura, tutto perfetto, e di rigore la pulizia e l'ordine, personale Gentile e professionale, alla reception siamo stati accolti dalla sig.ra Jessica, che da subito ci ha fatto sentire a casa, e stata fantastica, abbiamo cenato in struttura, con i consigli del metro, sig. Gianpiero ed il suo braccio destro sig. Matteo, entranbi dimostratosi all'altezza della situazione, abbiamo gustato ottimi piatti di pesce fresco, in pratica ci siamo sentiti coccolati, ci torneremo alle prossime occasioni, consigliatissimo!!! Excellent structure, everything perfect, and rigorous cleanliness and order, Kind and professional staff, at the reception we were greeted by Mrs. Jessica, who immediately made us feel at home, she was fantastic, we had dinner in the structure , with the advice of the meter, Mr. Gianpiero and his right arm Mr. Matteo, both proved to be up to the situation, we tasted excellent fresh fish dishes, in practice we felt pampered, we will return to the next occasions, highly recommended !!!

Dotato di ampi parcheggi. Non posso dare giudizi sul comfort delle camere perché la mia presenza è dovuta a convegni, purtuttavia l'impressione e 'buona. Easy to reach, easily from Catania with respect to the Acireale exit, the appearance is a modern and comfortable place on the slopes of Etna. Equipped with ample parking. I can't judge the comfort of the rooms because my presence is due to conferences, however the impression is good.

Camera ampia e pulita, confortevole anche se un pò datata. Aria condizionata centralizzata (troppo secca, ci ha disidratati del tutto durante la notte), tv e niente mini frigo. Bagno grande e funzionale con doccia. Stanza 122. Buon percorso benessere, con sauna, bagno turco, piscina e jacuzzi. Discreti anche i massaggi. SERVIZIO (8/10): Addetti alla reception professionali. Addette alla colazione disponibili e cortesi. PASTI (7/10): Colazione ampia scelta ma poco sapore, gusto personale. Inoltre avrei gradito delle torte o dolci di pasticceria per un hotel a 4 stelle. Fette biscottate, marmellate, yogurt, cornetti, sfoglie e crostate; angolo del salato con uova, bacon, tramezzini, insaccati; bevande latte, succhi, caffè... CONTO (8/10): Pernotto e colazione 70€ a notte, per due a gennaio. OPINIONE FINALE (8/10): Consigliato! Bisogna solo incrementare la colazione per renderla più "dolce" e in generale più saporita. 4 star hotel at the foot of Etna. LOCATION (8/10): Parking not very large, if you run into some congress, like me, you will have serious difficulties finding a place. Large and clean room, comfortable even if a little dated. Central air conditioning (too dry, it dehydrated us completely during the night), TV and no mini fridge. Large and functional bathroom with shower. Room 122. Good wellness program, with sauna, Turkish bath, swimming pool and jacuzzi. The massages are also discreet. SERVICE (8/10): Professional receptionists. Breakfast attendants available and courteous. MEALS (7/10): Wide breakfast choice but little flavor, personal taste. Also I would have liked cakes or pastries for a 4-star hotel. Rusks, jams, yogurt, croissants, puff pastry and tarts; salty corner with eggs, bacon, sandwiches, sausages; drinks milk, juice, coffee ... ACCOUNT (8/10): Bed and breakfast € 70 per night, for two in January. FINAL OPINION (8/10): Recommended! We only need to increase breakfast to make it "sweeter" and generally tastier.

Purtroppo metto tre stelle perché da una struttura a 4 stelle con SPA mi aspettavo un'atmosfera un po' più rilassante. Invece la piscina, a fonte di un prezzo d'ingresso, è aperta al pubblico, a discapito degli ospiti della struttura che talvolta rimangono senza lettino. Per non parlare della caciara... insomma un parco acquatico a tutti gli effetti. Anche la SPA troppo affollata: mancava l'atmosfera rilassante tipica di questo posto. Consiglio vivamente i gestori della struttura di riservare piscina e SPA unicamente agli ospiti della struttura. Si alzerebbe il livello e l'immagine della struttura. Large and comfortable structure. Beautiful room and excellent cuisine. Discreet the SPA even if too crowded. Unfortunately I put three stars because from a 4-star structure with SPA I expected a slightly more relaxing atmosphere. Instead the pool, at the source of an admission price, is open to the public, to the detriment of the guests of the facility who sometimes remain without a cot. Not to mention the caciara ... in short, a water park in all respects. Also the SPA too crowded: it lacked the relaxing atmosphere typical of this place. I highly recommend the property managers to reserve a swimming pool and SPA only for the guests of the hotel. The level and the image of the structure would be raised.
