Non è facile da trovare se non si segue attentamente ul navigatore, le indicazioni sulla strada lasciano un po' a desiserare, ma una volta arrivati ci si può ritenere soddisfatti della strada percorsa: ne sarà valsa la pena. Il parcheggio non è grandissimo, e di certo non c'è molto spazio per posteggiare al di fuori dell'area del locale, per questo consiglio di arrivare presto, non sarà comunque tempo perso: ci sono tanti di quegli scorci da fotografare che ne varrà la pena a prescindere. I buffet, sia quelli di antipasto che quelli di dolci sono abbondanti, variegati e ben distribuiti, le portate al tavolo rappresentano una rivisitazione della cucina siciliana: ottimo senza dubbio, mi "tengo" però la quinta stella perché forse qui si poteva fare un "tintinino" di più, o almeno, rispetto ad altri noti ristoranti specializzati un cerimonie. Personale impeccabile: giovane, dinamico, attento, educato. The buffets, both appetizer and dessert buffets are abundant, varied and well distributed, the courses at the table represent a reinterpretation of Sicilian cuisine: excellent without a doubt, I "keep" however the fifth star because perhaps here you could have a " tintinino "more, or at least, compared to other well-known specialty restaurants a ceremonies. Un grazie anche al “Roseto del Castello” e alla sua titolare per come ha curato l’addobbo della sala, la confettata e tutto il resto. Cibo ottimo, sicuramente di alta qualità! La sala è incantevole, credo che sia questo il termine giusto, si contraddistingue per la sua posizione strategica, si può ammirare il castello di Milazzo e la vastità del mare. La villa è curata in ogni minimo dettaglio, nulla è fuori posto.. Anzi! Pulizia eccellente. Complimenti a tutti coloro che ne fanno parte e ovviamente al grande Alessandro Busacca ?!
