Mi sono sentita per qualche giorno un po' dama del ottocento Dwelling of 1923 furnished with antique furniture, very kind questions, large comfortable bed room, excellent breakfast. Proprietari molto disponibili. Beautiful historic home. Great location just a short walk from the center and the lake. Fresh and bright rooms. The breakfast room is charming. Very helpful owners.
H	Harald E on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Villa ist ein B&B (was uns bei der Buchung so nicht bewusst war, in der Buchung stand "Pension"), in der die Vermieter selber wohnen und 2 Zimmer an Gäste vermieten. Ruhige, dennoch zentrale Lage, wir hatten ein großes Zimmer mit geräumigem Bad mit eigenem Balkon. Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Ein wunderschöner alter Salon dient als Frühstücksraum. Das Haus ist stilvoll antik eingerichtet, etwas verwunschen mit großem parkartigem etwas verwildertem Grundstück. Eigentlich eine Oase zum Wohlfühlen. Leider gab es bei unserem 1-wöchigen Aufenthalt einige Missverständnisse, auch durch große Verständigungsprobleme, da die Inhaber nur Italienisch sprachen und unsere Italienischkenntnisse nicht für eine fließende Verständigung ausreichten. Uns wurde nach der 1. Nacht gesagt, das Zimmer werde nur alle 3 Tage gesäubert. Auf Nachfrage (nachdem wir sagten, dass dies bei Buchung nicht ersichtlich war) wurde dann doch täglich gereinigt (dafür musste Zimmerschlüssel abgegeben werden, da kein Zweitschlüssel vorhanden). Ausreichendes Frühstück, aber unsere Wünsche wurden durch die Sprachprobleme nur schleppend erfüllt. Dunkle Beleuchtung auf dem Zimmer, kein Wasserdruck in der Dusche, keine Beleuchtung auf dem Balkon, Schränke im Schlafzimmer nur teilweise nutzbar, da 2/3 von den Vermietern belegt waren. Trotz der Freundlichkeit der Vermieter kamen wir uns daher etwas als "Eindringlinge" vor. The villa is a B&B (which we weren't aware of when booking, the booking said "Pension"), in which the landlords live themselves and rent 2 rooms to guests. Quiet, yet central location, we had a large room with a spacious bathroom and a private balcony. Parking lot directly at the house. A beautiful old drawing room serves as the breakfast room. The house is stylishly furnished in an antique style, somewhat enchanted with a large, park-like, somewhat overgrown property. Actually an oasis to feel good. Unfortunately, there were some misunderstandings during our 1-week stay, also due to major communication problems, as the owners only spoke Italian and our knowledge of Italian was not sufficient for fluent communication. We were told after the 1st night that the room was only cleaned every 3 days. Upon request (after we said that this was not evident when booking) it was cleaned every day (room key had to be given because there was no second key). Sufficient breakfast, but our wishes were only slowly fulfilled by the language problems. Dark lighting in the room, no water pressure in the shower, no lighting on the balcony, cupboards in the bedroom only partially usable as 2/3 were occupied by the landlords. Despite the friendliness of the landlord, we felt a bit like "intruders".
R	Rino Sgro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non credo alla struttura si possa dare un giudizio con le stelline in quanto è la prima volta che mi capita dopo aver girato l'Italia di pagare purtroppo anticipatamente con carta di credito questo non so si possa chiamare b& b o pensione senza pernottare. Infatti arrivati alla struttura il pomeriggio del 23 avendo prenotato per 2 gg. Con mesi di anticipo ci accoglie con modo gentile la signora credo titolare della villa la quale ci assegna salite le scale d'ingresso una stanza matrimoniale non climatizzata e maleodorante per via del vecchiume all'interno e con un bagno dall'odore nauseabondo. Inoltre l'interno presentava scuretti alla finestra e al balcone rotti con porte che si chiudevano a fatica. Insomma fatte le opportune considerazioni con mia moglie abbiamo deciso di ricaricare i bagagli in macchina e cambiare aria facendoci restituire i documenti e prenotando in un'altro hotel. La cosa che mi ha tratto in inganno è stata la recensione fatta da qualcuno che definirei vicino alla titolare della struttura. Spero questa mia recensione possa essere utile ad altri affinché non facciano il mio stesso errore. Sconsigliatissimo I do not think the structure can be judged with the stars as it is the first time that I happen to have traveled to Italy to pay unfortunately by credit card in advance this I do not know you can call b & b or pension without staying overnight. In fact arrived at the structure on the afternoon of 23 having booked for 2 days. Months in advance, the lady of the villa, who owns us, ascends the entrance stairs, welcomes us with a gentle manner, a double room that is not air-conditioned and smelly because of the oldness inside and with a bathroom with a nauseating smell. In addition, the interior had shutters at the broken window and balcony with doors that closed with difficulty. In short, having made the appropriate considerations with my wife, we decided to recharge our luggage in the car and change air by having us return the documents and booking in another hotel. The thing that deceived me was the review made by someone I would call close to the owner of the structure. L'ambiente è familiare ..il servizio impeccabile e ricercato nella sua semplicità. Ottimo sotto tutti i punti di vista vintage building located along an avenue with plane trees just steps from Lake Bolsena and the historic center. The atmosphere is familiar .. the impeccable and refined service in its simplicity. Excellent from all points of view

Ein kurzer Spaziergang sowohl zum Lago, als auch zum Centro! Very nice hosts in an amazing atmosphere! The villa with its many original details impressed me very much. The location is hard to beat. A short walk to both the Lago and the Centro!

Colazione con buonissime marmellate home made. Simpatiche chiacchierate con il Signore della casa!! Beautiful villa from the early 1900s (I think) With few rooms used as B&B. The owners very kind and very helpful. It feels like home. Breakfast with delicious home made jams. Nice chats with the Lord of the house !!

Si sente il peso affascinante della nostra tradizione e della storia. Cose di questa bellezza se ne costruiscono poche oggigiorno. Leggo un solo commento negativo, tra tanti post entusiastici. Ciò fornisce già una chiave di lettura. La Sig.ra Giulia ed il Sig. Bernardo sono degli ospiti eccezionali e discreti. Un plauso anche alla iniziativa del concerto da camera per chitarra e similia… Ovviamente ci torneremo After a month ago as a pilgrim of the Francigena, I returned for the second time to this beautiful and ancient house now also used as a B&B. You feel the fascinating weight of our tradition and history. Few things of this beauty are built nowadays. I read only one negative comment, among many enthusiastic posts. This already provides a reading key. Mrs. Giulia and Mr. Bernardo are exceptional and discreet guests. We also applaud the initiative of the chamber concert for guitar and similar ... Of course we will be back
